Complete waste of time. I waited 2 hours for a vehicle inspection and left with nothing. They said they needed to replace a socket, but got the wrong part…no big deal right? After 2 hours, i asked for an estimate and the guy actually told me to shut up. Ive never experienced aggressive and disrespectful customer service like this in my life. When I asked for them to finish my car. They never even said it’s done. I sat there waiting. This place is not as good as it used to be look at the reviews. It’s a disgrace. Wouldn’t even consider coming here again.

My car broke down on a Friday night, they were able to replace the alternator and get me back on the road in just a couple of hours on Saturday! Fair prices compared to other places in town. All the staff were helpful and kind. They seem honest and reasonable.

Jeff and Blake were super helpful. My car was down the road, and it wouldn’t start. I walked to the shop to ask for some advice. Jeff Voluntarily came down the street to check out my car, and let me know that it was my starter. This helped so much. Thanks again!

Bullies and bamboozlers… I’ve brought my car for service to this location for a decade and been pretty happy. I needed a clutch replacement a few years ago and they were accommodating with me purchasing the clutch less expensively online and installing it for me labor-only. A bit on the expensive side but I haven't minded paying a little extra to a neighborhood business who did good work. I was about to take a six hour drive so I brought the vehicle in to get squeaky brakes addressed. They identified (through the car computer) that I needed struts replaced, but because there were no symptoms or urgency I decided to the defer the work. When I got on the highway there are started to be a new noise coming from the front, and because I was a little nervous about having not done the strut work, I assumed that was the cause. It worsened. I called the garage and they said it was the struts but that driving on the bad struts would be fine, just a noisy and rough ride. By the time I got home the noise was horrible and I started researching strut symptoms and they didn't fit the pattern I saw. When I arrived returned to the garage and started going through the symptoms the person at the desk became defensive about the brake service even possibly being the cause. Without hearing it he insisted that the noise I was the struts, that he heard it before service, and refused to listen to any details about the pattern or intensity - he just dug in inciting that it must be the struts, and showed no attitude of “of course, we’ll look into it and figure out what’s going on”. He didn’t like that I was pushing back on his explanation and sarcastically asked “do you do this for a living”? That’s a bullying way to approach a customer when they are asking reasonable questions and expecting an open attitude of diagnosis the problem, rather than deciding without investigation. I’m sure a lot of people who aren’t knowledgable about testing processes or cars would be completely shut down by that kind of insult and give up. I left the car there. He test drove it. He was wrong. I got a phone call saying that “all the lugs on the front right wheel were worn and need to be replaced”. There were no symptoms of that type of issue prior to service. , So one wheel suddenly developed a dangerous, dramatic problem on it's own, magically. When I picked up the vehicle the next day, interacting with another desk guy: 1. He insisted it wasn’t their fault using absurd logic like “it couldn’t be a service issue because we’re careful”. People make mistakes - this is kind of a serious one but it happens - that’s just the nature of things. The key is owning up and making it right. 2. He had no explanation for how five lug nuts would become worn and the others be fine. 3. He prevaricated when I asked if it was at all possible that the brake servicing precipitated the problem. Obviously it could, but he insisted no. 4. Believe it or not he tried to charge me for the lug nuts. When I challenged whether I should have to pay for those he grabbed the invoice and said angrily, we’re not charging you. When the guy from the day prior came by and heard that he angrily pushed to charge me the $35 for the lug nuts, I guess as punishment given his tone. 5. I asked if the owner would want to discuss the situation and they said I would not be getting a call, like it was some kind of joke . 6. I told them I would be writing reviews and they couldn’t care less, saying “this is just a difference of opinion”. They could have saved this customer relationship but their attitude destroyed it. The obvious duplicity, defensiveness and arrogance have made it impossible for me to go back. And of course, a serious safety error like that certainly erodes trust in the care they take in servicing vehicles. It’s hard to find a garage you trust so I have a lot of regret in this outcome.

John was terrific from the minute I stepped into the office. I told him that I wanted my Sonata checked out to see what needed to be done (45k mile check up) and his team did just that. Came away feeling I’d left my car in good hands.

I drive a 2011 outback that I'm honestly just trying to keep alive as long as possible, Precision makes that easy by always providing fair pricing. They are also efficient and friendly, usually getting my car in day of when issues arise and generally having it fixed within a day. Highly recommend them for reliable car care services!

First time there. Headlights went out and it wasn't the bulbs,. They got me right in and took care of it and did take a little while for them to figure it out so I couldn't have done it. Nice people. I think I found my mechanic

The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. The customer service rep was informative, kind, and talked me through the process. My sister, mother, and I have all had our cars worked on here with success. I had a positive experience and recommend their services! Thanks!

I like this place. I always feel like I’m getting honest service, never with the upsells etc that make us all wary. I’ve only used them for oil changes and registration renewal inspections but always been a good experience. I’ll say one time they left my oil cap off but they did my next change for free. It’s a good business and nice folks working there. Recommend.

A few weeks ago after I got my radiator replaced a strange metal noise was occurring when my car was in idle or accelerating. John was able to fit me in their busy schedule day for a diagnostic test and came to the conclusion it was my rear catalytic converter. They got the part ordered and by the following day it was fixed. I’m very grateful since I will be going on a long drive to the northeast and with the holidays not to far away I was happy they could get me in and done in a short timeframe. Thanks

I took my vehicle here on Saturday because they were the only auto shop open. The rep told me they would call me back on Monday and get it done then. I let them know that I had to leave that evening for a business trip. They never bothered to call. So when I called to pick it up, they said they didn't have parts. Then for the next three days, I never received a call to let me know what's going on. The lack of communication made it very difficult to figure out how and when to schedule retrieving my vehicle. If you want to be in the loop of what's happening with your vehicle, or if you value professionalism, this isn't the shop for you.

Scammers and thieves. Went in for a weird grinding noise while turning figuring it was a wheel bearing or ball joint. Shop then tells me I need around $600 in new parts and have to pay $1000 in labor. Which i unfortunately accepted and had them go through with the job. 1,800$ later they tell me my sway bar won’t fit now with the new parts, and my frame moght be messed up. Come to figure they just didn’t have it on the lift so the suspension was sagging. No frame damage no mounting bracket damage nothing. I still have the grinding noise while turning, and not only did they charge me so much to not fix a goddamn thing they then recommend me to go to another shop to “fix” the problem. Tire city just then goes and removes my sway bar links and tells me I’m good to go and that it fit in perfectly. They made me pay for a new sway bar link kit and then just completely removed it from my truck. This is blatant lying and just dangerous thankfully I went to a different mechanic and had him actually show me the problems and how I just got scammed out of nearly $2000 dollars! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND TIRE CITY
