Super friendly folks and really easy process. I found an absolute gem of a car with only 20k miles so I snatched it up. Going through the paperwork and insurance process took some time but there were several people ahead of us when we got here so that was understandable. For someone with bad credit stuck in a predatory car loan elsewhere, I feel like I'm in MUCH better hands here.

May wife had seen a car at the Asheville location in their inventory and fell in love with it. We went and drove it and it was even better than expected. It was a 2011 mercury. Milan was very low miles and only had a little over 81,000 at time of test drive. The office staff and salesman worked hard to make the deal, quick and easy! We had a snag on our end with our bank and Kim and Eddie were very understanding and patient with us, They ended up holding the car until financial situation was worked out. Went in today with the intent to buy a vehicle. Nobody tells you off the bat that this place is a lease to own pretty much with limited miles go over you pay. If I was told that off the bat I would of left right away instead of wasting an hour at this location. This is the craziest dealership that I had to deal with. Plus the car had cosmetic issues where it's noticable and the windshield had a chip and a tire light on. Craziness!

Wouldn’t even give one star. When I first got my car three years ago, never had a problem. The “new manager” has been rude, snotty, very unprofessional and a down right smart ass. He’s never been helpful. Speaks to the customers in any way he wants and swears no one is over them. Never been late. Never missed a payment. My car is almost paid off. $22k is what I’m paying for a 2016. They gave me the car WITH issues. I brought it their attention and NEVER fixed it. Just slapped some new brakes and rotors on and called it fixed. The bearings are absolutely shot. I would never take my money here again. I put down $5000. Never missed a payment. Never been late, and this is how they choose the treat their customers who basically without- they wouldn’t have a job or paycheck. They have changed their payment system twice in a year alone. Nothing but trouble since they got the “manager “ in. Wouldn’t recommend. I’m not the only one either. My parents even got cars from them. Just unprofessional, bad business. To update and respond to the owner- my name on the account would be Shelby Sheppard. I really hope things have changed and went back to the way they were before. They were handled in a much more professional and proficient way.

Eddie was awesome! It was a great and easy process to get through and he even got us a promotion! Great place. Update: 2 weeks later, the engine has started smoking, told us “but the oil is filled” when in fact three people looked at it prior to them and it was in fact EMPTY, it lets off a smell when the car is started and stays there for an entire drive (no joke), theres a rattling sound when ur standing at the front passenger side outside of the vehicle, and now the check engine light is on. 😂👎🏻 Also as an fyi: even if u pay the car off in a year, ur expected to pay off all years of interest, which is plain stupid. Cause i have never dealt with a dealership that practically said “in order to pay off the car u have to pay off all years of interest” A car that is valued at 12000 and were paying over 24000 for it. Thats over 100% interest on a car that we could go and spend that money on a brand new spanking toyota. I have no option to just pay the 12000 if i wanted, no if ur lease term is for, say, six years, and u can pay off the total price of the car (12000) in a year, u still have to pay the interest for the whole six years. Make it make sense here. 24000 for a 2005 chrysler? With no bluetooth, no safety features that are in the new cars nowadays, nothing special, and they want an additional 12000 off the value of the car😂. Make. It. Make. Sense👏🏻. Dont go here. Go buy that brand new spanking car cause if u come here, youll get an old car for the same price as a new one. Everything looks good at first glance, after enough time, youll realize it isnt. Would have given ZERO stars if it was possible.

This is the kind of automotive techs your company hires? This is a kill switch that ended up frying a PCM. Ran a diagnostic, every single sensor was faulted, the whole wiring harness was unresponsive. Went to look at fuses and disconnecting the battery, discovered this. For those mechanically declined, that is a regular relay switch connected half assedly to the fuse box. This is what we do to cars we are selling people? I’m sure this voids the warranty” because a “trained professional” didn’t work on it. How trained is this professional that this is your idea of a kill switch?
