So refreshing to deal with people who care about their customers in addition to providing excellent workmanship. They went out of their way to help us in ways that went way beyond providing paint and body service. Jessica and Danny took time to discuss options and provide recommendations. Throughout the insurance process and the actual repair we were kept informed of status and repair time was reasonable. Good old fashioned customer service and quality workmanship that is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend them and will try to send business their way… because they EARNED my respect in every dealing we had with them. Great people! I’ll go back there just to visit with them.

These guys were awesome. They didn't actually do work for me, my insurance made that kinda difficult. But everyone else was booking two+ weeks out just to look at it for an estimate and they got me in the very next day. Got me the estimate in a timely manner and refused to charge me for their time even when I told them I was not going to be able to use them for the work.

I have been a faithful customer since 2019. I had right mirror broke and left mirror broken by a big dulee truck . The paint body work even on tailgate was exceptionally reasonable in amount of time and hard work. Everyone is exceptionally nice and treat you with respect. I will never go anywhere else. The absolutely best service I have ever had for anything.. I have had multiple cars and lived in multiple places and Rickman’s is over the top in terms of service and pricing. They went way way out of the way to help me And found parts for a third of the price that a dealer would charge. Additionally, they helped me with a completely unrelated problem On an issue that was unrelated to bodywork. I cannot praise them enough. The techs are great And the office manager, Jessica is unbelievably kind and helpful

This has been one of the greatest experiences I have ever had out of a body shop. Not only was the communication on point, the speed was too. Jessica,Danny,PJ and any other crew member I missed have been nothing but the most professional people I have ever dealt with. Jessica keeps the communication on point while the crew in the bays are working away on your damaged vehicle. These amazing people had my vehicle done in 1 week. The speed and craftsmanship from Danny and PJ is unmatched at any other body shop in the entire area. I gave them a vehicle that has been pushed away by many of shops because it was too old or too hard to get parts for and these guys made it as if it rolled off the production line back in 1991. I have been done wrong at many of body shops in the past and I can 100% say these people are the best. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. If they are booked for a couple of months I will say that it is definitely worth the wait. Thank you guys once again and I will return in the future with more fun projects!

It was a stressful situation being out of town with two dogs, but Rickman’s Paint and Body Shop proved why they’re the best of the best.
