Great service, broke down in canton nc. on Saturday night 9-21-24 and We are from out of state . Have a yukon xl 2500 with duramax conversion and 28' enclosed car trailer. So , had tow truck driver drop both off at Harry's. Monday i called to let them know I'm sorta stranded here I have motorcycle to get around but I'm with pets and wife plus hurricane is coming.. said I'm in a real pinch. Said mechanic is already looking at it.. got me a quote within couple of hours and repair done after lunch but wanted to check pressure in fuel system overnight.. Very disappointing. I came to Harry’s because I saw on their website they have a used 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali Ultimate (still on their website.) When I arrived, they couldn’t find the truck. They called around and found out the truck and been run into by a box truck in their parking lot who was delivering car parts. A lady took me out back to show me and the front bumper was ripped back and paint was scratched. I was very disappointed. She told me they have a great body shop and would fix the damages and you wouldn’t be able to tell. I asked if the price would come down on the truck because it was damaged and she said, no it’ll stay the same. I replied, the website shows “no accidents” and she replied with, “it’ll stay that way”. I walked away thinking that was shady. A week later I decided to come up to look at another truck and met Willy. He has been the only positive thing about the Harry’s experience because of his reliability to get me information quickly. However, while I was there I asked about the damaged truck. He agreed to keep me updated on repairs being made on the original truck that was wrecked. That day we went to look at the wrecked truck and I noticed the “Decked Boxes” advertised on their website, to this day, (157 days on their website), had been removed which I figured they had removed to do the repairs. I asked Willy if they were putting those back in after repairs were made, and his boss said no. They were never intended to be included with the truck. Those are $1600 boxes. And they are advertising the truck showing the boxes in the bed and even showing how the drawers pull out. I told them I didn’t care about having them but a credit for removing them would be the right thing to do. Willy did everything he could to make things right and continuously tried reassuring me that Harry’s is a reputable company and don’t intentionally try to do anything shady. Few days later, I called and according to the used car manager he had to wait to find out how much money he would get back from the insurance company before he could maybe take some money off the truck for the boxes. He ended up agreeing to take only $500 off after insurance money came through. In my opinion the truck is still priced too high with it being damaged and then falsely advertising the truck with decked boxes and only agreeing to take $500 off for those boxes being removed. At this point, I’ll be purchasing a truck elsewhere. Again, if anything positive about my experience, it would have been working with Willy. Hats off to him. But you all should really add a disclaimer to that truck or remove those pictures on your website.. it’s very misleading showing the boxes the way you are. It’s been on your website 157 days as of today. Do the right thing.

As we were traveling through the area to be coming back the next day, we noticed our rear wiper blade coming apart. This blade is not available everywhere else that you can buy wiper blades, and the forecast the next day was 100% chance of rain. Ricky in the Parts Dept found the blade we needed and arranged for it to come to the dealership the next morning. Before we got to the dealership to pick it up, Ricky realized that our part wasn't coming, had found it at another dealer, and went to pick it up himself. All for a $21 wiper blade. Great service for a customer traveling through the area! And Guillermo showed us a top-of-the-line Denali pickup truck while we were there. Fantastic people makes this a great dealership.

One of the most accommodating and efficient vehicle purchases in my experience. Deal was relatively easy to make electronically as negotiated by salesman Guillermo. Vehicles was beautifully detailed and waiting for us exactly as agreed to.
