Went to buy a friend a scooter called the man and talked to him. Man that awnsered said yea I'm open I get there 3.45 they're closed up. Well they just missed a sale. Idiots have someone drive an hour to buy a scooter from you all. You need to be open when you say you are!

This place has worked on a few of my scooters an they only lasted vary short time till the totally went down... my brother bought a brand new scooter an only lasted 2 months an the motor blew up in and this place want fix it or replace it so don't waste your money here

Told him the make and model and he told me to be there at open. I called no answer then he shows up 30 minutes later just to say he can't do it because it's not what he was expecting

We called 3 times to find out about getting our scooter worked on, we left 3 messages asking them to get in touch with us, never heard anything back. After 4 days of not hearing anything my husband rode up there and was told to call back with the info off the scooter that was needed and they would order it so, he called that afternoon and told them the info. 2 days later called to find out about it and was told they didn't remember him at all. What kind of business is this? I don't recommend that anyone do business with this place.

I would give this zero stars if I could, he sold me a faulty throttle cable that broke in less than a month while I was driving and when I returned to the store to get a replacement or a refund he refused and then said he knew it was defective when he sold it to me. Not only is it completely unacceptable to sell products that he knows will break and not tell the customer when he sells it to them, but he should at least be able to hold himself accountable and provide proper compensation for his actions. Having a cable break while I am driving put me at risk of injury or fatality and is extremely dangerous. Never buy anything here. They have terrible service and terrible products and they know it.

I don’t mean to leave another review, but I can’t find a way to reply to the response towards my initial review so whatever! To whomever responded to my initial review...the scooter was not left to be serviced. The gentleman who stole my scooter was long gone back to his hometown by the time I found it. He traded it to someone in Hillcrest, who then sold it to your shop. These are the exact words of the owner. The only information for the person who sold it was just a name. No phone number. No address. No paperwork. No signatures. If I were a legitimate business, I’d ask for this information when conducting sales. Identification. Signatures. Etc. The scooter was out front displayed for sell and looking at some of the other reviews, apparently you guys regularly buy, trade and sell stolen merchandise. I don’t have any vendetta against your company, I’m simply informing others about your business practices. Thank you.

Employees are knowledgeable and curious. Have great interest in your needs and skill level. Fast and competent repair service. We're able to pick up and drop off my scooter wich was very convenient. Fair and honest pricing on new scooters and repair. These guys took great care of me.

Bought my scooter brand new last year. It was fast and reliable sales service. I've had no problems with my scooter. I would definitely recommend these guys. I have a roommate who also deals with them. They have fast and reliable repair services when needed. They also pick up and drop it off if needed. Wich is realy nice. I am furious. I have taken my son’s scooter to them or they have picked it up (charged) 5 times. Still not fixed. Picked up yesterday and didn’t make to Haywood Rd. Before broke down again. Sorry won’t fix problem. Keeps blaming problems on my son but it’s the same problem every time. Charged me $60 to change a fuse, had it for 5 days and broke down in 15 minutes. Didn’t even test to see if it would run. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

Don’t bother renting a mobile pickup U-Haul from them. They will forget to leave the lock box, screwing up your time-sensitive plans and throwing a wrench in your entire day. Moving is stressful enough; save yourself the hassle and book through someone else in town.
