★☆☆☆☆ We were leaving the Biltmore tonight, and lost both headlights. No one at the Biltmore could help, so we had to drive with hazards on. Made it just up the road. My husband went in and talked to the staff. The lady told him it was probably wiring without looking at it, then promptly locked the door behind him. We figured out the headlight was shattered. Asked them to sell us some headlights barely 5 minutes after, and got told they were already counting the drawer and wouldn't open it back up for us, even though we were using a card, and knowing we were stranded out of town. My advice is to go up the road to Auto Zone. The guy there offered to bring us headlights to the advance auto. THAT is how you do customer service.
