I share with many other commenters the excellent experience I had at Curtis. I especially appreciated Courtney’s welcome and incredible efficiency. I was also very impressed by the communication via text, including estimates and descriptions of the work on my vehicle as it proceeded. Finally, the detailed invoice was helpful and extremely well organized. Time and miles will determine the expertness of the actual work, but the front-end experience was really impressive. It’s been a couple weeks since I got my car back from Curtis and I’m still so confused about this whole interaction. (Skip to the last paragraph unless you want a story) bring my car in because something electrical was going on– the windows were going up and down randomly, the doors locking and unlocking, had to jump my car 10+ times despite Autozone telling me my battery was fine. No idea what was happening. So I bring it into Curtis begging them to fix it ASAP because I’m in school and need my car daily. The lady at the desk says I will have it by the end of the day. Great! I leave. 4:30 comes around and I haven’t heard from them, so I call for an update. She says come on over the mechanic is wrapping up. I uber over and I’m waiting for over an hour. She said they changed the battery and had to zip tie my window shut as a temporary solution and to come back soon to have it fixed for real (ok…?) (my battery was old. I’m not mad about them exchanging it. It was not time but it was going to be soon anyway. Not a big deal.) whole drive home my locks are doing the same thing they were doing before. AND 30 minutes after I get home my car alarm randomly goes off (new problem??) had to jump it again in the morning, drive it back and say whatever you did didn’t work and now I have more problems. I said I will figure out a ride for school. Please continue to send me updates. I got maybe one call from them in the week and a half they had my car with an update. I had to constantly call and ask what was going on. So she says a guy from a couple towns over is coming to look at it. He never showed after days. I say what’s the issue? She tells me it’s a fuse box something or rather. I don’t understand cars so I have friends of mine who do call and get specifics and they WITHHOLD INFORMATION FROM TNEM??? Telling them they will send the part number tomorrow? Obviously they never did. They tell me we can order one from Acura and install it and it will be a few grand. Cars not gonna last much longer I do not want to spend 3k on a part and installation. She says she will call around and find a used part we can snag for cheap. Great! That never happens (mind you this is over probably 30 phone calls to them). I post something on online asking for help with my car and everyone is saying get the car back because this place sucks. So I get my car back and it’s literally fine??? What were we waiting for?? Why was my car not given back ages ago?? What’s up with this random part I was supposed to install?? So many unanswered questions. TLDR: Kourtney was very polite. That is genuinely the only nice thing I have to say about this place. The communication sucks. No one knows what they are doing. Don’t waste the time or money. Take your car elsewhere. IM BEGGING. Do better Curtis High Tech.

So grateful I found this place!! I’m traveling across country… and I started hearing some noises and feeling some things that were concerning me that I might have some brake issues going on. I’m not good with cars so always a little bit nervous going into a new place. They tested everything thoroughly and talk through all the details with me… And were able to confirm that everything was running ok. Such peace of mind!! 🙏🏼💛 I still can’t believe they didn’t charge me even after the effort they put in. Also I was just blown away at how kind and down to earth everyone at this place was. The service is always professional and completed well. The girls at the front are a huge part of why I return. They are friendly, always smiling and do their best to explain the needed repairs. They even showed me pictures of my car’s issues . I tend to trust a repair shop more that has women in important positions ( no sexism intended ).

As always pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to work me into their busy schedule. I just had taillight and headlight out both required extra care and expertise to replace the bulbs . Their new waiting room is very comfortable. Other people waiting or getting work done on their Wi-Fi. Decorated for the holidays,very cozy. And of course, Brittney and Cortney, were efficient and so cheerful.. Highly recommend this company.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Curtis Hi-Tech Auto for about four years, so it’s disappointing to be writing this. I was recently quoted $374 for a tire rotation and 2 stubborn lugnuts with labor but after getting a second opinion, another shop fixed the exact same issue for $51. I understand that pricing can vary, but that kind of difference was shocking, especially after years of trust and repeat business. I’ve always chosen Curtis Hi-Tech because I believed they were fair and honest, which made this situation feel discouraging. I’m sharing this so others know it’s worth getting a second opinion, even if you’ve been a long-time customer. Edit (Added after response): Thank you for responding. I understand estimates can reflect worst-case scenarios, and I appreciate transparency. That said, the repair ultimately required was completed elsewhere for $51, which indicates that the scope of work did not align with the estimate I was given. I called you all and I asked to speak to the owner, it wasn't offered. After four years as a loyal customer, the size of that discrepancy was concerning and ultimately why I sought a second opinion. My review reflects my personal experience and the outcome, not a dispute over intent. I’m a long-term customer who noticed a serious discrepancy and acted reasonably.

Brittany and the front desk crew are truly the best! They have patience of saints and they always answer my silly questions with kindness. I waited in the lobby while my car was being worked on and I watched them handle multiple annoying situations with true grace. I have chosen this place for a few different services and my car has always been taken care of. I feel like everyone at Curtis Hitech always does a wonderful job! The polar bear logo always makes me smile too. 10/10 would recommend
