I was charged $545 for a battery replacement after being quoted $300. When I voiced my concern, I was cussed out by the manager (Dave) who then followed me into the parking lot to continue yelling at me “I got your money.” When I called to get the number of the general manager, Dave told me “only god is above me.” This is a horrible establishment. Don’t waste your money here.

Great guys. One morning out of nowhere my car starts making a horrible screeching noise. I pull over call the closest mechanic and they can take me immediately. They spend some time trying to diagnose, find a stick, then still double check that everything else looks good and refused to charge me.

If I could give a lower star rating I would. Do not get your tires changed here, the mechanics move like sloths. Multiple employees just sitting around and constantly stepping out to be on the phone. I had an appointment for 10:00 am and was told on the phone it would take an hour. When I arrived I was told it would take an hour and half to an hour and 45 minutes. I currently am still here and waiting and it has been 3 hours and still counting. I highly recommend not giving this place your time or business. Absolutely pathetic service, from the entire store from the front to the mechanics.

Beware - this auto shop was a recommended repair shop. through Carmax. I took my car in and they found I needed a new transmission. They marked the transmission part up $2000 over MSRP, and the insurance company wouldn't cover their exorbitant price which was over $6000! Long story short, they held my car in limbo for over two weeks, and they were completely price-gouging. Oh, and they wouldn't print an invoice sneaky sneaky. Do not trust this shop for any significant repairs!!

Really appreciated Dave and the team helping me out when I had a flat while I was out with my family. They tried to repair the tire promptly but the puncture was in a bad spot. But they were able to help quickly on a Saturday and put the spare on to see me through the weekend. Kind, professional and knowledgeable folks.

Brought my vehicle here to get a wheel stud replaced. I waited while they inspected my vehicle. The service advisor told me my car has no or very little oil in it and what was in. It was very dirty. He recommended oil change, engine air filter, wheel stud repair. I had just changed the oil three weeks prior and when I got home, I topped it off. It was a half a quart low and not dirty. I declined the oil change and he quoted me a price of $455 for wheel stud repair and air filter. I said no way. I had it repaired at a local shop and they charge me $75

Everyone was very nice but definitely feel like they took advantage of us. We had to pay a hefty price to get our car towed in all for there to be not a single thing wrong with it. They worked on it for maybe 15mins (turned it on and off and ran a diagnostic) and still charged us $90. Very disappointed.

Redid what I said at first. Super nice people but ripped me off at the end when they knew the trouble I had been through that day. Had my car for 15 minutes and just tested the battery and charged 100$. I was happy to tip them 20 for getting it in but completely took advantage of me knowing I was from out of State. Air bnb host recommended them and will be telling them about this experience.

They do a good job on repairs. I got an inspection for NC. The guy came to ma and told me my rear brakes were close and needed replacement. I asked how much and i was quoted almost $600.00! For rear brakes?? I almost threw up on the counter and had to laugh at the guy. Brake pads cost $50 for good ones and rotors about the same at auto zone. That's $100.. so $500 for labor in a job I can do in a couple hours at home on my driveway..

Dave at Meineke went above and beyond to help me with a warranty issue from across the country. After dealing with a very unprofessional employee at a different location in California, Dave gave me solid advice on how to handle the situation and personally helped set me up with another location that provided excellent customer service. He even shared his personal number to make sure everything was taken care of — which truly speaks to his dedication and professionalism. Dave completely restored my confidence in Meineke. Outstanding service and a genuinely great person to work with.

In the past this location has been great. We called monday to see how much an oil change & new fuel fileter on a dodge 2500 would cost and they said they could not give a quote. We called today to see if we needed an appointment for an inspection and we're also informed they would NOT do inspections on sxs (even though they did ours last year) that we needed to go to mr.motorcycle as they stated they don't do inspections anymore. They would have had the oil change and inspection but I guess they don't need the business.

Had an appointment at 2pm. Waited 45 minutes before they ever pulled the car in to look at it. Inspection and oil change. They had customers sure, but were by no means swamped, and if they were they could have mitigated that by being quicker or, you know, not taking so many breaks while you’re supposed to be working. Consistently saw the 3 men they had working sitting around doing nothing or slowly working the entire time I was there. No urgency or awareness that people were here to get the cars worked on and then had places to be. I had an appointment after this I had to cancel because they took so long even getting my car in. I watched the guy working on my car take a smoke break after working on it for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. The inspection and oil change took an hour. All in all an inspection and oil change took two hours with an appointment. I expect a 10-15 minute delay for places nowadays, but 45 minutes is ridiculous, especially when it was an appointment made in advance. Thoroughly disappointed. I don’t know what crew they have working for the people who leaving glowing reviews here, but I guess that crew was on vacation because these guys were a awful.

I won’t go anywhere other than this meineke! I have bad anxiety and in the past taking my car in has been a large stressor. I have now been to this location twice and they make me feel at ease. customer service is kind and so helpful and the mechanics are thorough. They will go back in and check/guarantee their work and give speedy, wonderful service. This team is awesome!

I visited this shop two days in a row and had excellent experiences both times. First, I brought in my motorcycle for a state inspection. It was as smooth and fast as it could be. The very next day, I returned with my car for an oil and filter change, and once again, everything was handled perfectly. Great service, efficient work, fair prices and a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

Money-grabbing and dishonest. I've been taking my vehicles here for years, looks like they got new mechanics and the past 2 experiences I've had since have been subpar. Communication is pretty poor and they're not very consistent. They failed my inspection for my emergency break, so i brought it back to get them to inspect it. Well they sent me a quote for $700+ to re-surface my rotors and new pads? seriously?? Completely out of scope and it's worth noting they refused to resurface rotors on another vehicle in the past with the reason being that we live in a mountainous region and there can be a safety issue with resurfacing. The actual root-cause for my e-break was that the cable was loose...well tightening it only requires a flat head screw driver $90 bucks for this... yeah no. Oh and no phone call, but when i stopped by to pick it up (3 hours after they finished the inspection) the vehicle was still up on the lift and the dude was salty because i didn't click the accept or reject on the broken link they sent me via text. Had you addressed my original issue only and not try and up-sell me a bunch of unnecessary things without consulting me first maybe i'd let you do it and maybe i wouldn't have put you on blast for this. Oh thanks for over torquing my caliper bolts....smh. Also here is a picture of the pads and rotor they wanted to replace and resurface, still plenty of life. Not your most honest mechanics.
