First off I wanna send a special shout out and huge THANK YOU to Alyson in the body shop. She made sure my truck was done right and kept me up to date on how things were going. Alyson made my life so easy since the insurance company I was dealing with probably the worst insurance company ever (Horace Mann insurance 👎🏽). Alyson I really appreciate you and Harry’s on the Hill’s body shop for getting my truck fixed and looking good as new. It’s good to see even in todays world there is still good people and businesses out there.

If I could give this car dealership zero stars, I would. My husband and I bought a ford f150 from them less than nine months ago, started having problems with oil consumption one month after purchase, and motor has blown at 60,000 miles. We are now dealing with a warranty company because fortunately we chose to buy an extended warranty through our credit union. Called the dealership to tell them about everything and their response was “guess you’re glad you bought an extended warranty”. They DO NOT do compression tests or any real inspections on their used cars before selling. And by the way, they don’t like honoring those two free oil changes they give you when you’re dumb enough, like us, to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them. I’ll be sure to come back and attach our receipts once the motor has been replaced!

UPDATE - changed to 3 stars because they were so caring and called me to give me a $154 refund apparently due to human error on my invoice. Original review - Giving 2 stars because the people who work here have been kind. However, this dealership will ROB you with their labor rate. I am extremely disappointed and will not be back. I needed a repair, and although it seemed high, I approved an $800 estimate (without doing my own due diligence because I needed my car fixed ASAP. I have 2 babies in daycare and work full time.) FIVE DAYS later the car was ready and the bill was $966. The invoice shows the parts only cost $150 and I was SHOCKED to see labor was $175/hr. This is Buncombe County, NC, not Miami, FL. I am new to the area and will be taking the time to find a more reasonable mechanic so I am prepared for the next time I need service. I understand dealers are generally known for charging more than a standard mechanic but this is excessive and I feel taken advantage of. I called to complain and they kindly explained the invoice to me. I realize it's my fault for not inquiring when we got the estimate, but average labor in this area $75-$130/hr. After some research, I think the job should've taken more like 2-3 hours, not 4, and certainly not several days. 1 mechanic I already spoke with said they could've done the job in 1-2 hours. Harry's was also "not able to find/unaware" of a recall problem that I have a notice about so were no help with that and now I don't know where to go for that fix because it's supposed to be done through a Buick dealer.

I have purchased 3 GMC’s brand new and sent 3 other clients to them. I had no issues with my trucks up until now. My first issue. (Truck has been at the dealership service for 2 months now) They have given me a horrible loaner car from hertz where both my kid strollers don’t fit. I called 3 times and all they say “we have no loaners sorry” Horrible customer service. I was ready to purchase my next truck I’ll for sure take my business elsewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If something wrong they give you the run around about whenever you are in need they just said, “sorry” we have nothing for you. 2 months no loaner cars. I currently own the 1500 GMC AT4. 2 months no calls no nothing with no. ETA

Willy Woodhouse was a fantastic salesperson from start to finish. There was no pressure at any point, he was very easygoing and relaxed. He went the extra mile to help me learn some things about my new vehicle. And made sure that everything was how it needed to be when I picked up the vehicle. I expressed my strong desire to not spend hours at the dealership dealing with paperwork and he and his team made that very possible and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had anywhere. I purchased a 2024 GMC Yukon XL Denali ultimate and it is a wonderful vehicle.

Have to give Harry's Body shop a 1 star, my Jeep Renegade was there under an insurance claim. It would take 3 months to finally get the SUV repaired. No communication from the staff, I had to repeatedly call for updates. Was never given a completion date-I had to demand that it was completed by the end of the week. Wrong parts ordered/delivered, that happens but the constant "we are still waiting" grew old. Rental cars for that 3 month stretch weren't cheap. I would strongly encourage anyone to go elsewhere for paint and body repairs. Strongly encourage Customer Service training for their staff.

I'm 67 years old and have purchased many cars in my life, and my experience with Harry's on the Hill was by far the best I have ever had. My salesperson was Chad, who was easy going and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely no pressure, none of the standard sales tactics we hate, just informative, helpful, and extremely responsive during and even after my purchase. My experience was the same with the sales manager (forgot his name) and the service department.

The service at Harry's collision center is absolutely fantastic! I took my car in for an estimate on a scratch I put on my car myself (ugh), and the lady who helped me provided honest, knowledgable feedback about how much the repair would cost, and even offered solutions that might be more cost effective for me. I would definitely take my vehicle back here for service and highly recommend for anyone looking for professional, convenient, and honest work. Thank you!!

Highly recommend Harry's on the Hill collision. They were amazing. I had extensive damage from a very hard rear ending at a stoplight. Towed it to Harry's on the Hill and it was fixed quick and easy. TJ did an excellent job of keeping me informed of how it was moving along. It was truly a level of service I had not had anywhere else over the years. They even sent photos of the repairs made internally that could effect the Integrity of the car. There are not enough positive things to say about this fast, easy experience. Highly recommend! Thank you Harry's for getting me back on the road safe and in the vehicle I love!

After five years of service with and without warranty, I can honestly say that I trust Harry’s on the hill more than any other GM service provider. The dealership is fair, thorough and expedient. Their attention to detail with their new tech service that provides videos of the bottom of your auto when they are doing the 27 point inspection, is unrivaled . I would never hesitate to give them 5+ stars for service as well as sales. Thank you, Harry’s, for taking care of me for over five years now! 5+++++

I purchased a Certified Buick from Harry’s. Saw the car online called to make sure it was still available. Went in the afternoon, loved the car, and purchased it the next day. The salesman, Willy Woodhouse was wonderful. He took his time, answered all my questions and I was under no pressure. I even took a test drive in other car. Both cars were great. Completely satisfied with the sales department. I also dealt with Trevor who explained the closing information and a warranty if I wanted that service. He too, took his time to explain everything. Absolutely the best place to buy a vehicle. Chad Steele goes above and beyond. Never before have I ever had the type of service from a dealership that I got from the team at Harry's. 5 stars isn't enough. I highly recommend you shop here first. You will not be disappointed. Also, their service department is amazing as well. I had an issue with the used truck I bought that was due to bad service at another dealership. Even though it had nothing to do with them, Donald, the service manager, took care of getting my truck fixed. He and Chad both wanted to make sure I was a happy customer, and I am absolutely happy with their service and commitment. Top notch all the way!!!

Had a 8:15 appointment for inspection. It took them 2 hours to even take the truck back. I have used this service dept for everything since truck was new. Even purchased tires here. I won't be back!

Working with service underwriter Candace Clough...she had to handle an after market warranty I purchased when I bought my 2019 GMC YUKON DENALI XL W/104. 000 miles..I brought it into service department to repair AC Unit that wasn't working... currently, after one year and two months of driving the car currently has 134,000 miles... found were many problems as expected with an automobile with high mileage...aftermarket warranty protection is challenging as it depends on what shops accept aftermarket auto warranty protection... dealerships do ... Candace was absolutely great in handling my issues... costs were higher at dealership but you get what you pay for!! Candace deserves the high of praise!!! The service department was excellent and efficient!!☆☆☆☆☆

I was so worried about driving my car with a broken seat, so they fixed my car today even though I didn’t have an appointment!
