If I could give ZERO stars I would. It has now been almost two weeks and still nothing has been done nor has anybody reached out. Was told soneone would reach out to me in two business days. My car is literally sitting at the firestone untouched I have called customer service multiple times requesting that someone from corporate or higher management reach out. Was told last week the store manager would reach out, that hasn't even happened. This place is a joke. Nobody or nothing has been done anything and now I understand why the interactions with customer are careless. Corporate does not hold employees accountable and they do and say what they want. I have spent thousands of dollars here. Please stay away from here if possible, terrible business. All I'm asking is to make things right.

Do not ever get an inspection here. They failed my safety inspection and said I needed new rear tires. I JUST purchased new front tires less than 2 weeks ago, and the other tire place never mentioned needing new rear tires, neither did the oil change place on that same day. This felt like a total scam. A simple safety inspection turned into $450. While I was there, a lady getting her tire patched was told she needed a new battery. I’ll never go back !

Told me my tire is able to be patched told me 10 minutes later it was not able to be fixed. Okay fine I got spares at home. Then proceed to charge me for something they can't finish and can't even have the decency to put the tire back on the rim so it the sensor can get rained on in the bed "The tire got repaired elsewhere" and has been just fine.

AWESOME & AMAZING are the 2 best words to describe Firestone Complete Auto Care on Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC!! I was referred by a friend and I won't take my care anywhere else! PLUS their prices for oil changes alone are much lower than I have paid at the 10 min oil change places and other well known stores. Thorough, always kind & friendly, do not talk down to me or treat me like I have a handicap because I am female and need them to provide details of what I am needing and why. You cannot go wrong!! I've been here a few times and even when you set an appointment they don't reserve that time you booked the appointment. 2.5 hrs for an oil change and state inspection. It took 1.15 hours after scheduled appointment to get my vehicle in a bay to start any work. So frustrating! If someone has an appointment, first-come-first serve should be voided. Or don't allow appointments and just keep the first-come-first serve. I'm done! Good luck to all those that go here.

Even though they were extremely busy, they fit me into their schedule for a same-day vehicle inspection. They were thorough, quick and added on a free tire rotation to my service. The cost was quite literally a quarter of what Precision Auto Tune quoted me for the same service. Very happy with my experience and will be taking my car there again.

They understood that time was of the essence in my situation as I only had a small window in which to get my new vehicle fixed under the dealership warranty. I appreciated everything they did for me.
