Had a tire blow out and Stephanie was able to get me a tire from another place and get me in and out really fast on a very busy Saturday. I’ll definitely use them for other car needs in the future. Highly recommend them.

These have got to be the happiest crew of humans. My parents hit the NC roads early this AM only to have the roads rip into our rental. They had us in and out in under an hour on a holiday weekend, and couldn’t have made the experience more jovial.

I waited for over 2 hours to have 3 lug nuts replaced and my tires balanced. I had an appt and still was waiting for over 2 hours. Also, when I mentioned to the guy behind the counter of what my car was doing while trying to get a recommendation on if that service was what was best fit for the issue, he told me that he wasn’t sure but that the tech would do that and hopes it fixed it and guess what it didn’t plus now my steering is out of alignment. So now over the last week I have spent almost $300 on my Firestone credit card and the issue still happening. When I called in to speak with a manager I get told they would call me back but never have.

Spectacular service, for a very important job. These guys replaced my cv axle in record time, and saved the weekend for kiddos birthday. I cannot thank them enough. Great prices, awesome atmosphere, and you can tell that the techs and front end staff actually enjoy working here, and helping people!

When all other businesses in my area was closed this business was open and were able to get me a tire on at the last minute. They were professional and responsive. Everything was taken care promptly. This is definitely a good place to seek excellent service.

Patrick the Service Manager at the Patton Ave Location should be fired. I was lied to about my appointment, I was lied to about how long service would take, I was not told about all the services I was about to pay for, I had to comb through the prices and remove all unnecessary warranties because I was being upsold crap I didn't want without my knowledge, and they crushed my hubcap and said they would pay for it and just never ordered the hubcap and hoped I would forget. They also kept trying to wiggle their way out of giving me the $100 dollars off savings promised online. I had an 8:30 am appointment and was told 2-3 hours and they didn't even start work until I called at 2:30pm to check on them. Didn't get my car back until 5:30pm. This was on my day off, I was just stuck without a car until they were done. Completely unprofessional. They are understaffed because Patrick is a terrible Manager.

Firestone is my go to for oil changes, tire rotations and wheel alignments. It’s easy to make appointments online that work for my schedule. The location is conveniently located, so while I’m waiting for my car, I can take a walk. Another plus is that the location is dog friendly and front desk staff love my pup!

While my husband and I were heading home from vacationing in TN, we had to stop at the next exit off the highway due to what we now know as the "Death Wobble" in our F250. We were fortunate enough to come across a Firestone in Asheville, NC and I feel like I'd be doing a disservice by not telling y'all that there are still very honest and reliable mechanics in this world. We were taken very good care of by Jersey at the desk and Matthew in the back doing the work and diagnostics. Coming from Florida these kinds of garages are few and far between so it was so nice to know that there are still good people in this world. Jersey took the utmost care of our issue and did so HONESTLY and without trying to sell us something that wasn't necessary. Matthew made sure that all the diagnostics and repairs were done with precision and with care knowing that we still had a long way home to Florida. I recommend THIS garage to any/EVERY one that wants HONEST WORK. THANK YOU GUYS!

I showed up 2 minutes before closing on a Friday night, and Shane didn't hesitate putting my car up on the lift to inspect an issue with my underbody shield (all with a smile on his face). I was in town from Atlanta and driving to Franklin, so Shane wasn't going to let me leave without taking care of my car immediately. Shane identified another issue and fixed that too. I was blown away by his customer service skills, especially since Shane was helping me after hours. Shane was genuine, kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable; thank you for the incredible service!

I bought a truck from Carvana. Firestone on Patton in Asheville said Carvana sold me a truck with part of the engine missing. They told my wife Carvana has done a poor job of inspecting the vehicles they sold over the last few years. I bought the truck in Austin, TX and the check engine light came on within a couple days after purchase and took it to their in-network repair shop in Texas which is Firestone. They did a small repair and turned off the check engine light. That was covered in the limited warranty from Carvana. I moved to North Carolina and the check engine light came on again after a month. The Patton Firestone in Asheville said the real problem was a missing grill shutter and said the Firestone in Texas misdiagnosed the real problem. I am now outside the warranty for this repair at this point. I was informed it will be reviewed with the manager the next day to get the repair covered by the other Firestone store due to the misdiagnoses. The manager here in Asheville reached out after a couple days and explained that they won’t cover it or help me facilitate the communication between stores. He said Firestone believes the customer should have to do the work themselves in these situations. I was given a corporate number to report the situation. 6 days later, no call back from Firestone. I left feed back on an email I received and then the manager at the Firestone in Texas reached out with a solution. He said he’d cover the shutter guard. Dropped off in Asheville for the repair. After not hearing from the Firestone on Patton by the time they said they’d complete the repair, I called to check on the progress. The manager at the Firestone on Patton called back later and said they were wrong when they said the TX Firestone misdiagnosed the problem. They said the truck doesn’t even come with the part they said was missing. They said that the part that was replaced in Texas was faulty, they replaced it again, and the truck is good to go. I had a friend pick up the truck because we needed it. The check engine light was still on when he picked it up :( Called the Austin store because that manager was more helpful to see what to do next. Asheville Firestone never updated him on the situation and he said take it to the dealer. Yikes

I made an appointment to get my oil changed for 7am Thursday. I got there at 7:10. He said there was one car before me. I said cool going to go walk with the baby and dog. Asked how long he thought he said 1-2 hours I said great. Never got a call but went back at 10:30 (over 3 hours later). They hadn’t even started on it!! Just let all the walk ins go in front to of my car as I decided not to wait in an auto shop with a two year old! Said they prioritize people who walk in and wait. I asked what the point of the appointment was and he said the apt was with the location not the technician. Like what does that even mean???!!! Also why would you say when I dropped it there was only 1 car in front of me??? He’s like well you can take the key and leave I said great bye. Not giving you my money. Literally no point in ever making an appointment and had zero empathy at all. Would not recommend at all bad customer service and appointments mean nothing.

Noticed my tire pressure was going down considerably fast, called in and they scheduled me same day to come in and look! They found a nail in my tire and repaired it in ~45 minutes. This location was much better than the long shoals spot, highly recommend!

Needed a set of new tires for the family Subaru. The dealership quoted an exorbitant amount. Shane, the manager of this location, was extremely knowledgable and got us a great deal on four new Firestone L3s. Was in and out of the shop in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend this location, the new management is putting customer service first.

I blew out a tire on the way home from work while driving on the highway. This shop was located at the first available exit I could get off on. I drove on my rim into their parking lot 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close. The wonderful front desk attendant and the technician responded immediately to my plea for assistance after I walked in the door in crisis. After coming out to the parking lot they insisted on staying past closing time to replace my tire so I could get home safely the same night and not have to pay for a Lyft to get the rest of the way home and then come back in the morning. Customer service was superb. I’ll be returning for more service and recommending them to everyone.

Had some work done last week on my truck, tires, alignment and belt and oil change. They did great work got me in and out quickly. The service staff is friendly and understanding. The new Manager here is much more personable and friendly. Explained everything in depth and kept me informed along the way. There needs to be more people in service with that type of honesty and desire to do what's right.

I made an 8 am appt for brakes. I was the second person there it took 1.5 hrs to get a quote after inspection and when I agreed to the service i was told it would be about 1.5 hrs to do the job. It took 3 hrs total to do the job. Appt at 8 and didn’t get my car back until 1:30 pm. I typically do most of my major services with you and you have always been great with customer care but felt failed by this service. I would have preferred an honest estimate of time for me to better plan my day around.

Everyone greeted me when I walked into the store and Fernando was super good to me, they made me feel at home with complimentary coffee and tea, recommendations for food in the area and more. In regards to my car I asked if they carried DOT-4 for my brake fluid and was met with an immediate answer, none of this “let me see”, it seemed like they knew their inventory and their stuff. They were just so nice to me while I waited for my car to be serviced and it was all under an hour! 45 minutes! They just made me feel like family and weren’t overbearing either. Good people.

This is my first year having an NC license. I was late in renewing tag and leave town tomorrow morning. I found Firestone online through the NC DOT website and I called this place up and the guy said they were free to do my inspection. It was done in way less of the time they said to do it and Wendy who works there stayed on it, checked me out and was the awesome! I appreciate the guy who helped me sign in, answered the phone and the guy who worked on my vehicle. Thank you!

I was passing through Asheville and got a screw or something in the edge of my tire. I went to the downtown store and Shane and Fernando were incredibly helpful. I got there at 5pm and needed a tire replaced under warranty. They jumped into action and got it knocked out quickly and with a smile to help me get back on the road. Kudos to both guys! Thank you for the great service.
