The reviews are true, honest business just like NewBridge Tire. He even took me in the shop and showed me what he found, which was basically nothing and didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge even though he could have done work I didn’t need. It is very rare to find people who don’t try to scam you or steal your money and/or get out of doing their job properly. As a woman, it’s even more difficult. Look no further for brakes, tires, axles, etc. Awesome service, I’ll be back.

100% Highly recommend! I took my 1955 Chevy in there to get realigned. Drove like a completely new car once he was done with it. My first experience there and it will not be my last. If you need front end work on a vintage car this is the place to go. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate this business!

I was told by my tire people I should get alignment checked. Called Reese and was put off by two weeks time to get an appointment. Booked appointment and showed up 5 minutes early. They took my car in at the appointed time, checked it out, did a test drive. Then the owner asked me to go on a test drive, had only thoughts of bad things he wanted to point out. During the 10 minute drive he explained all the things they checked and said to only problem they found was low air pressure. He explained the sensors do not react until the pressure drops from35 to 20-25 psi. and I should routinely check the pressure. When we arrived back at the shop I was told since they did not have any thing to fix there would be no charge. This is after 45 minutes involvement with my car. I understand now why it takes 2 weeks to get an appointment. I recommend this shop highly. They will be my only choice to do work on my car that is in their capabilities.

Newbridge tires is awesome, they, are hard-working, affordable in friendly and they shoot you straight every time, but unfortunately the same can't be said about newbridge alignment. The guy that helped me was really nice and seemed very informative and helpful at first but when I called them back and asked about the settings that they put for my alignment, They were dismissive rude and patronizing. The guy that actually did the alignment was not friendly in person nor on the phone. He wouldn't tell me the settings that he put for my alignment. The reason I called them is because my car seem to have more drag than usual which led me to believe that they set the negative toe on the front tires was too high. Also after a few days of driving I am noticing substantial where on the front tires. Their excuse was that my tires were shot. Which I can understand to a degree but they didn't need to be rude and dismissive about it. It seems like they might have overturned the toe to cause wear on the tires so I would buy more. If they are willing to fix this issue I will change my review but I have a really bad taste in my mouth about them after calling them back and addressing my concerns. They said they would fix it if I bought a new set of tires, Hopefully if I buy a new set of tires I can tell them the settings I require for my vehicle without any pushback or further issues. ---Update--- newbridge tires worked with me to get a new set of really good tires and they got me a free alignment for my trouble therefore I am adjusting my reviews from one star to three. After getting the new set of tires and realignment everything is working great.

Nothing to say but positive things! They work alongside the tire shop and the place is full of hard workers. Not a single lazy worker in sight. The place is bustling and everyone is working on something. Not at all like my other experiences at car shops. Everyone has such nice manners and very friendly. I waited at the tire shop while they fixed my alignment and the lady at the front was super friendly and engaged with every customer there waiting. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. I also did not feel judged for my lack of knowledge on my car in the slightest. Will definitely be returning when I get a full set of new tires!

The fact that this place does diagnostics after hours and doesn't charge for them is literally probably saved lives. They are no bullshit and make me feel taken care of. when I was a youngun and I had a sense of existential dread going to the mechanic. I had some shops give me wild quotes on simple repairs...I started learning how to do stuff myself partially because I'm cheap but partially because I didn't want to find myself in a situation where I could be taken advantage of. If every shop had the integrity of newbridge nobody would have anything to worry about.

Like I've said before; New Bridge is where it's at for tires and New Bridge Alignment is the place to go to get them aligned! These guys hooked up my Chevy Suburban that's been sitting because I had a new complete suspension put on and a new set of 20-inch mud tires. No modifications. They road tested the truck and suggested a couple of more things I might get to during my restoration. Turns out one of the guys even new my Great-Aunt and lived next to her. Great crew, great work, great price-
