I walked in this location to see if anyone was available to replace my headlight. I walk in and the lady ( I can’t recall her name) in the room behind the desk, sees me and immediately shuts the door. 15 minutes later, she informs me that they don’t take customers after 3:30 but a customer just dropped off their car. Long story short, this employee needs customer service training/ retraining. All of our money is green.

They have excellent service, precision tune, have reasonable prices, tell you the price up front, if something else is needed they will let you know and will not pressure you. If I could give this particular place NO STARS I would !!!! Be very careful doing business with these folk. They are very fraudulent, they will take your money and allow your car to sit up for MONTHS!! We paid our money up front for an engine, they kept the car claiming to do so much extra work trying to get more money from GMC, so many text messages stating they were working on getting "funds released" for customer satisfaction since it went way past the deadline for the car to be fixed shirley claims the car was finished with a “NEW engine , Throttle Bottle , Sparks , Etc the list goes on”….. All for the (REAL) GM (General Motors) to say these folks aren't in there authorized dealers, that they hadn't had any communication with Precision Tune Auto. she also gave me “fake tracking numbers” to a “check” that supposedly had both our names on it …… she also gave “ fake case numbers from GM” to make it look like cases were created and they was NOT They have had my car since late February, early March and on today August 9,2025 ... my car has never been touched !!! EVERYthing was made up and was a LIE … car Still sitting up collecting dust. So many lies, schemes to claim money they did not earn !!! I sternly WARN YOU, STAY AWAY. I Have Plenty of Text Messages From Mrs. Shirley.

Super awesome staff, they're always nice and get your vehicle looked at and done within an appropriate amount of time. Shirley is always verry responsive if you have any questions and has always taken care of me and my truck whenever I bring it in for anything, and if there's ever anything that they can't do for some reason they give you good reccomendations of where you can take your vehicle to get it done. I wouldn't take my truck to anyone else if there's something going on with it!

Omg these guys and gal are awesome, One they are one of the Best down to earth repair shops I’ve ever been to. They are helpful, reasonably and knowledgeable. Their waiting room is one of the best smelling places I’ve been in... let’s not speak about the bathroom( omg they have REAL bath and body hand soap and lotion, and look even pooppourri ) clean.. now customer service, let’s talk about that. Their is a guy (manager I think) very informative, and the sales lady she is awesome as well. Those two together are a team, what she doesn’t know he does, and same for him, what he doesn’t know she does. I made a appointment for my car to have an oil change, brakes and wheel alignment, Best warranty I found out there (brakes) and nicely priced for oil change, and the alignment wasn’t the issue it was a tire was missing weights, so a balance Was needed ( oh by the way I took to two different shops before here and all said alignment- drove after service and yep that fixed it) so not only was she honest, this service cost me less... Oh wait people look if u need service go see them I promise u wouldn’t be disappointed.
