I had my daughter take her car there to get the air conditioner fixed since it was close to her apartment and they offer shuttle service. They didn’t start working on it until after lunch (she had an 8 am appointment) and less than 5 minutes after they “fixed “ it, the air wasn’t working properly and to add insult to injury they wanted to charge an extra $900 more to fix it.

Adam and Steven are top notch professionals and took real good care of me. I got right on my problems but I needed to have done. I am I have cancer and I am sick and only had one month of transportation and it broke down and they jump right on it to help me get to my doctors appointment the next day Service and the prices are equal to anywhere else and better than most places but remember they have to make a live too. I would like to thank them so much for helping me and fixing my truck and they don’t do any work that doesn’t need it just what needs to do to fix the problem. I love everyone at Robbie's! They are so diligent in everything they do. I had a rattle under the hood I couldn't explain. They took it out on the road and drove until they isolated the issue (a faulty EGR pipe), replaced it and now it's running like a top. Take your car/truck to Robbie's for all your maintenance needs. You won't regret it.

They took my truck back at 9 a.m. The parts were there in 15 minutes and I was back on the road in 3 hours! They removed and replaced the oil cooling block and lines, changed the oil and topped off my radiator! They were super easy to deal with and the staff were all on point!

I am blown away by the professionalism and character by each and every employee at this company the young lady who was at the death was simply phenomenal. She reached out to one of the mechanics, and he literally came out to the car and walked with me and explained to me various details and answer questions I really needed an answered. I was prayer about finding a mechanic for my car. My referral came from Ms Rebecca at Quest P.T., she was was so right. Amber was so on top of her service. Great team work. This shop needs to get it together. Carried my car to them to have transmission looked at… car value is maybe 2500$ other than transmission car runs smooth. They tell me to fix transmission it’s gonna be 8700$ why not just say we can’t do the work. It’s very disrespectful to quote someone that much then charge 200$ to inspect it for 10 minutes to tell me this. Who the hell would tell a person driving a cheap car it’s gonna be 8700$. Very disrespectful

Recommend Robbie’s from a friend after using a lot of shops around these guys seem to be a good old fashion mechanic shop that i feel you can trust and easily communicated to me when they found some issues a other shop failed to and even showed it to me underneath the truck while on the lift and gave me a couple options as to fix

Absolutely our go-to auto shop in the area. Getting in is easy, they give the price up front after inspecting the vehicle, and the work is done well. Multiple times they’ve brought me back to explain what I did- and didn’t- need. They go over the whole car with a simple oil change. Recently I waited over 2 hours at Discount Tire for a simple patch; called Robbie’s and they got me in and out immediately. They will always be my first call and I would recommend them to anyone!

I brought a 1994 OBS Chevy in for new fuel lines and some stalling issues and the mechanics here fixed all of the issues plus some and were able to repair it with only minor difficulty (it also needed a new distributor and some electrical work). They even took it back in immediately when some other symptoms surfaced and fixed it at no cost. Robbie runs a very good business and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I initially chose this shop because it’s close to me and has great reviews. I needed a tune up, was quoted $600 over the phone. I brought my vehicle in the next morning. I was called an hour after their initial diagnosis and quoted $900. I agreed. I then thought about it and I called them back within maybe 2 minutes. I asked if they have done anything to my vehicle yet, the tech told me they haven’t. I asked them not to touch it I would be there to pick it up I live 5 minutes away. 4 minutes later I get a call saying that the technician broke my wires and they would need to be replaced that they tried to stop them but couldn’t. I want to say this is after telling me I’m paying for a courtesy diagnostic. I paid them $215 with $150 just being labor for the wires. I honestly feel ripped off and like they just needed something to charge me for and that’s exactly what I was scared of. It’s all laid out in my invoice just like that. That I received a courtesy inspection and paid $50 in parts and $150 in labor. I’m very happy I decided to pick up my vehicle. Thanks 🙏🏼 Edit to add, they only replaced three of my wires. Tho they come with the full 6 pack that I was charged for . I spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with the owner himself and he told me this shop was MORE THAN CAPABLE to do something so simple and it wasn’t about the money. Clearly that’s not true and I am so disheartened. Please do not trust this shop. Try Craig’s automotive next time. You can see my review on their page!
