Traveling from Pa. To Columbus, Ga. For HS graduation. Camper ran out of power and we were referred here from camping world. Camping world staff do Not work on engines. Fortunately Dave the mechanic was knowledgeable about Mercedes’ engines. He checked it out and was able to get the part which would be in in three days. Atul the business end guy drove us to Enterprise where we rented a car to take us to Columbus. We picked up the camper a week later and are home in Pa. Beautiful job, equally beautiful people. Well done guys.

All around FIVE STARS!!! Great customer service, great workmanship, and great facilities. I took my Mercedes GL 550 in for a new radiator and to replace the air bags. Drop the car off that morning. I was called that afternoon that it was ready. Drove to Gary, Indiana the next day. 850 miles one way. Vehicle performed exceptionally well. They have business now hands down!!!

This is a great shop. I brought my truck here because it developed a loud noise. They easily diagnosed the problem and got my truck in quickly, resolving the issue. The staff is very professional and their rates are really good. The mechanic who worked on my truck was extremely knowledgable and thorough. I was impressed because he even took time to test drive it afterward to ensure the problem was fixed rather than just start it to see if the noise was gone. I will continue taking my vehicles here as this is probably the best shop I have worked with.

Used DVS a couple months back and had an outstanding experience. I had a blowout on 520 on my way to DVS to get my camper trailer tires changed out. I had the first appt as soon as they opened so i had to wait a little bit before I could call so that someone might be there. Mr. David answered and said he would be there shortly to help me out. I didn't except that kind of service and just that kind of humanity. You just don't see that anymore in the world but Mr. David got me fixed up with some tires and got me back on the road to his shop where he changed the rest of the tires out. I owe Mr. David greatly for helping me out when he sure didn't have to. Please use his shop...you won't regret it!

If you are looking for a really good mechanic, you should visit this shop. I ran into the owner at O'Reilly Auto Parts with a small problem; my brakes were going out. He literally told me the problem, told me what parts to get, and I believe he made a mistake and told me to come get it fixed on a day he was closed. He did not overcharge me and did not try to upsell me anything extra. He did more to my truck than he was paid for. Thank you, sir. If you do move I will follow you.

I had just parked at a nearby gas station when someone approached me to tell me my tire was losing air -- and fast. After getting out and assessing the issue, the stranger and I both realized the hole couldn't be patched (and I couldn't go anywhere safely). That's when the stranger revealed he worked at DVS Automotive across the street. He didn't hesitate to lead me over to the shop to see if there was a way the team at DVS could help me get back on the road. My tire needed to be replaced and was under warranty with a different "big name" shop in town. Even with that information, they didn't try to push me into buying a tire from their place. They went above and beyond to ensure I could get my busted tire to the other auto shop to redeem my warranty. I'm so, so grateful for David V.S., David W., and Austin. This team isn't just in the auto repair business. They're in the people business. Can't recommend them enough! (And I will be back!)
