Storytime: Car went in for a valve cover replacement while am out of state for work for my job (active duty army). My wife picks up the car and notice check engine light on, I told her I'll check on it when I get back. When I got back I saw I have a code for a low fuel pressure (FYI the fuel pump had to be removed to replace the valve cover). Brought it back and he said he did some sort of checks and said it's my pump in the gas tank. I went to get a second opinion. When they took out the fuel pump on the valve cover they noticed the O ring was seated badly which causing the shaft to break under leaving a piece of shaft inside the pump. Went back to Randy's and he ask me what I expect him to do about, he said he is not paying for a new pump, and even tried to blame it on me saying that I drove it back to GA or something along those lines. On top of that he was rude and refused to compromise. Cause and effect is not in his vocabulary. Point of my story I found some better mechanics and I know who I am not taking my cars to again. I lost $700 but I learned my lesson.

I needed my daughter's car serviced and the person that I typically take it to referred me to Randy Moon. Both Randy and Ken were very professional and made me feel as though they knew what they were doing and happy to do it. I was not overcharged and I was called before any work was done. That particular visit (over a year ago) went well enough that I took it back today to have it looked at. So I am now a repeat customer!

After an unsatisfactory experience with a competitor I ended up at randy moon's based on Google reviews. Plus it was close to where I live. Plain unassuming place from outside but lots of vehicles there which I took as a promising sign. Gentleman at reception was friendly. Informative. Straightforward. I had a tire with a slow leak. I hoped it could be repaired as I had about 28k miless on them and hoped to get new tires about 40-50k mark. Left car since I did not have appointment. Called me within pan hour Ended up that tire had a nail through sidewalk and could not be repaired. I ended up buying two new tires. I felt the price was very reasonable Called me when everything was done (a couple hours later). Anyway. Customer service was great. Prices reasonable and I have a new business I will frequent. Encourage others to give them a try. So much better than their competitor which was a national chain. Nice to support a local business. Felt like they appreciated my business. One positive is in 12-22k Mike's I will only need to replace two tires so spread costs out satisfied customer.

I was getting ready to go on a road trip when I realized I was waaay over my mileage for an oil change. I called Randy’s at 2 pm and after initially being told they wouldn’t be able to do it, the lady then told me to go ahead and bring it in and they’d get it done. Awesome place, awesome people, and all around great experience. Good businesses do exist!

Randy Moon saved me in a pinch! Had driven up from Florida for the Christmas holiday to see family and my car started having engine issues. Was jerky and vibrating as I accelerated periodically. After trying two or three other service shops who couldn’t take a look till after Christmas I found Randy who squeezed me in on Christmas Eve and was able to get it fixed in 4 to 5 hours for a very reasonable price. So thankful they were able to help me in a pinch!
