I trust Gary and D! ~Experience~ My friend happened to have car problems and I took him to his mechanic. While I was there, I decided to share my car issues with D and Gary. I didn't get the same response that I received from the other mechanics. Gary suggested to solve the issue by figuring out the basic things that could cause my car to sputter. Gary put a fuel injector fluid and told me to drive if for a while and see if the problem goes away. I drove if for three weeks and it stopped but the sputtering occurred again, so D told me to bring the car back. Then Gary suggested changing the spark plugs and the sputtering went away for about two months but it came back; I called D and she told me to come by. Gary tested my car and felt the sputtering so he told me to get the highest quality of gas and drive if for a few weeks and see if it goes away. So far I haven't felt the sputtering, I hope the problem doesn't come back. The first time I met D, I felt relieved and secure having a female presence at a mechanic shop. She is friendly, polite and has a great knowledge about cars. Gary was amazing because he took the time to analize what was going on with my car by starting with the minor things. Based on the recommendations of all the previous mechanics I went to, I would have spent close to $1,000. How much did I spend going to Gary? About $121 and my car is no longer shaking/sputtering!! ~Customer Service~ D is very easy to talk to and she is kind. Gary explains in details what is going on with my car.

Dropped the car in the morning after calling because check engine light on. Had the car all day without fixing. Called me at 4:00 to pick it up. Got there 4:20 and door locked, everyone gone. Business hours are until 5:00 and they knew I was coming. No call, no text, and now I have no car through the weekend. Totally b.s, no service, no integrity.

Gary is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever had the pleasure to know. I had an issue with our minivan - it wasn't starting after sitting for a couple of days. I brought it to another mechanic near our house - they said it was the alternator. $800 later, we had a new alternator, but the problem re-appeared 4 weeks later. I took it back to Gary - he couldn't find anything wrong so he called around to see what other people said. It came down to the USB charger in our car - we keep it plugged in to charge our phones, and one of the cables connected to it was frayed. So he unplugged it and monitored the battery voltage over a few hours - issue resolved. He charged me $0 - nothing. Gary is not out to make a quick buck. He wants to help you find the most cost effective solution to your car problem. Look no further, even if it requires a long drive to get to Gary's. He's the best.
