My situation is slightly unique. Back in August, I sent in my VW Eurovan Weekender (camper van). When I scheduled the appt, I told the scheduler that I wanted a deep detailing where the seats are removed and everything is cleaned thoroughly. The scheduler told me that the shop guys would call me when my vehicle was in. They did and I explained the same thing to them. When I got my van back, they had done a fine job...in the areas that they paid attention to. They clearly did not take out any seats, and they didn't even slide my rear bench seat or driver seat forward to clean underneath them. I literally had to vacuum dirt and debris from under the driver's seat. Under the rear bench seat wasn't much better. Also, there are panel covers to storage areas under the rear bench seat. One of the tiny plastic clips that holds those in place was broken off. Still, the van is unique, and the clips break easily if you're not gentle, so I gave them a pass and refrained from expressing any concerns. I also asked them to remove and wash the covers of the foam mattress in the top pop-up camper part. They did and the covers looked very clean. Now, fast forward to Feb, when I finally got around to cleaning the foam and putting it back in the covers. I found that they broke the zipper of one of the covers and never said anything about it. This zipper is still zipped closed, but the one sewn side is completely torn from the fabric. It's not as if the stitching gave out. The fabric of the zipper is torn from zipper itself. This is not damage that would go unnoticed! Bottom line...if you have a standard detailing job, they should do fine but if you have something more complex, there seems to be no attention to detail, and I'm really offended by the fact that they did not tell me about the damage. I'm a reasonable guy and I would have understood without seeking any type of reimbursement.

I do not go out of my way to make reviews, although, this business stood out in professionalism, consulting, and delivery. I spoke to Jay who gave me insight on what type of tint and the process. His team worked with me to create the best look for my car which was a Honda Civic Hatchback. The cost was reasonable for the overall craftsmanship and warranty. As someone who resides in the Philly area, the drive was worth it. If you’re serious about investing into the aesthetic of your car, ask any questions you have and they will advise you. Came across Prestige on my phone over the holidays. They were very courteous and informative about their services they provide. I booked an appointment for a full window tint a day later. Marie was a real sweetheart. She was knowledgeable, and very courteous. We set up a time and she kept me very up to date on everything. The cost was very reasonable and she answered all of my questions. My appointment was for 1130 and they took my car in right at 1130 and finished up slightly ahead of schedule. The installer proceeded to go over the installation and gave me helpful information regarding the care of the tint, especially after installation regarding the opening of the windows. I've already recommended them to 2 of my coworkers. Unfortunately I don't have any photos of the after just yet, but here is the before . Just visualize the after photos to be a bit darker
