I spoke to Rodney today to ask questions about their services. I was inquiring for my father who suffers from dementia. He took the time to explain so much about the industry with me and i could tell by the way he explained everything that he takes pride in what he does and what their company does. I was very impressed with him as well as with everything he said about the company. I have not used them yet but I can tell you I do not see myself using anyone else.

Kim and Rodney Miller and their experienced staff did a fabulous job of providing 24/7 care for my sister in law after she suffered two strokes within a period of about five weeks. On very short notice, Kim met my niece and I to discuss our needs. She was able to quickly identify several staff members who were a perfect fit and I couldn’t recommend Home Care Assistance enough.

I have to say I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail and genuine compassion that Rodney and Kim put into my Fathers care. I was very apprehensive about leaving him with a virtual stranger but I have to say the employees at Prestige really went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and secure with them. I can't thank Prestige enough for the peace of mind that they give me when I'm at work or running errands. If your looking for quality care please do yourself the favor and hire Prestige.

I had a very good experience with the caretakers and administrators of the Home Care Assistance Of Orlando. They took good care of my Mom who was 103 for over a year of daily care and companionship. It gave me the time to run errands throughout the week, knowing my Mom was in good hands and was being well taken care of. I highly recommend this home care service for your loved ones.

I must say I was thrilled with my service from Home Care Assistance. They were wonderfully attentive, empathetic and thorough. They addressed all our families needs with great care and a thoughtful plan of action. Their Home Care Assistants were well-vetted, flexible and absolutely capable. The cost of their work is reasonable and the range is flexible depending on specific needs of care. I was also grateful that there is no long-term contract, but rather this service is flexible enough to be available when needed and suspended when situations improve and the need for assistance wanes.
As a child of a parent in need, I took great comfort knowing my beloved mother was in capable, generous hands. I will use Home Care Assistance again and again.

We have had home care services for several months now for my elderly mom through Prestige. Flavia is our current caregiver. She is the absolute best! My mom absolutely loves her! She is very patient and loving and always gives my mom a big hug in the morning as well as a hug before she leaves. It makes my mom feel so very special and loved. Flavia keeps her busy with games and activities that keep her active and alert. My family has had previous agencies prior to Prestige and I can say Prestige is a cut above all the others. I very highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional home care agency for their loved one.

Prestige has done the impossible: recruited a stable of superb caregivers who never disappoint. My 88 year old father broke his hip a few months ago and has subsequently required day and night in-home care. Prestige had us fully staffed within days of my initial conversation with Rodney and all three caregivers they’ve provided have been truly outstanding.
