This place is horrible!!!! Avoid this place!!!! Took my car here to replace the brake pads and they did not properly tighten one of my rear wheels after the job. My car starts to shake after driving off the shop and I took it right back to them. The guy was full of attitudes and nasty after I took it back. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone because the mistake he made almost cause my life if I made it into the highway. I will report them to the BBB.

The guy owns this place is a con artist. He screwed up my car. The guy messed up my bmw. He doesnt take responsibility at all. There are many other places to go. Do not trust this place

In today’s world of auto repair , many companies just get you and push you out . I’ve found the guys at Prestige to be the opposite. They explain the situation and they get the job done right. They stand behind their work and keep you up to date. I take my Range Rover and daughters BMW there too get repaired ad will continue to. . If you want great value and people that stand behind their work , it’s a no brainer

We are beyond happy with our entire experience. Having a Master Mechanic work on my Range Rover Sport was great. The level of knowledge that Mauricio has in general and specifically about my car was astounding. Another bonus is that this family is so nice. They are great, trustworthy people. The best part is that you are getting high quality work for a price that is more than fair. I will never take my car anywhere else.

To summarize, My review: I gave Prestige Car Service LLC. my 2008 Mercedes Benz E350 car this March for the whole day, giving them $250 reimbursable wrriten estimate prior to repair, Not only they did not refunded the $250, they took, and charged me $2,500 on top of the estimate fee of $250 fee and had no clue what was wrong with the AC system, which was part of the estimate, after they kept the car for the whole day. Prior for me bringing the car to be fixed, the Owner indicated that he will do the entire job for only for $2,000, for cash, MINUS the $250 estimatefee I paid. The Owner proceeded given me a verbal estimate, together with a written estimate indicating a total estimate of $3,500 in a hope that I'll bring the car back. I did bring the car back relying on HIS verbal price the Owner gave me. However after the car was supposedly fixed, the Owner requested that his estimate was wrong and I have to pay $2,500 plus the $250 in order for him to release the car. The Owner's misleading estimate was over by more than a $1,000 Ask yourself how anyone can trust this company? after all, we were "supposed" to be "family and friends since it was not the first time I fixed my family's cars there!! My conclusion: "There are NO FAMILY AND FRIENDS in the business of "The Car Repair's industry". Don't trust anyone VERBALLY, in this business. Have a Good day...

My car's AC completely gave out during a heatwave. These guys quickly diagnosed a failed compressor and had it replaced within a day. Now it's blowing ice cold again! They even topped off the refrigerant and cleaned out the system. Total pros ..I’ll definitely be back if anything else comes up.
