Im not only a frequent customer of Prestigious Euro Cars service dept but also a car buyer from them as well. The selection on Bentley’s are Rolls Royce all of them in pristine condition . They have always taken care of my needs first, as soon as you walk in you feel at home. Thanks for my Bentley Turbo R guys! Great job guys ROBERT and his son Rob are AMAZING!!!!!!

Where do I begin. From the get go they have been by far the best ever. I had just bought a Porsche Panamera and I was needing to take it into Porsche dealer. They gave me a date of two weeks before I could bring it in. Needless to say I called Prestigious Euro Cars. Rob the owner took me in that day and I had my car in two hours. I couldn't believe it. Then I was expecting to pay a fortune. Not the case. He's so reasonable and most of all honest. Then a week later I rear ended someone. Legit in 3 days he had me a new bumper, painted installed and new sensors. I was shocked honestly. Recently again I had an AC problem. He fixed it and said he had to reprogram the computer and worked perfectly. Didn't charge me... Who does that. I go to him with my other two cars... he's the best. So honest and they are super knowledgeable with cars... They actually research :) I give ten stars

Rob and his father, Bob were fantastic to work with on making a dream come true! I purchased a strikingly beautiful 24-year-old Bentley Continental R last week and it is currently on a cozy enclosed 700+ mile ride to its new home for its next phase of stewardship. Throughout the entire process, Rob & Bob, were incredibly patient with my questions and requests. I was anticipating taking an Uber from the airport the day I flew in to inspect the car, but Rob insisted he pick me up (in my future car!), along with a ride back to the airport in a gorgeous Rolls Royce Phantom. Rob and Bob have clearly been taking fantastic care of their customers for decades and they pride themselves in keeping their clients on the road in rolling pieces of history. I look forward to my future interactions with them for service & maintenance advice, parts and vehicles!

Took in my late fathers shadow 2 which was sitting for a year or 2 , both the father and son checked the car out, outlined a couple of things that needed doing which was promptly done….upon receiving the car I realized that they went over and above what they charged me for and fixed several other things…great service and will definitely be taking it back when needed,,,thank you so much guys!

I wish I could say I had a spectacular experience here like the other reviewers but I’d be lying. I came here because my Audi A3 suddenly gave me a “transmission malfunction” warning. My first time here, Rob barely looked at me and told me I arrived too late in the day to have my car assessed. It was exactly 2pm, they close at 5pm. Fine. I was going out of town the next day anyway, so I brought the car back the following week. Rob was extremely friendly, personable, and accommodating. At this time, I also met Bob, his father. Their crew found nothing wrong with my car during this visit but did fill up my tires with air, which was kind. My transmission light came on Sunday and I brought my car back in on Tuesday at 8:30am. Not once did Rob call me to update me on the status of my vehicle. When I called at 3:30pm, he told me they had one more test to run and he would call me once the test was completed. He never called and they closed up shop at 5. I was left car-less with no explanation. Today I called again at 3:30 to find out what the diagnostics read and Rob told me they were busy yesterday and “I don’t work on automatic transmissions”. Excuse me??!!! Under the Audi tab on their website, it states they do. I took a cab to go pick up my car and listen to Rob lie to my face like a weatherman forecasting sunshine during a hurricane. The back and forth here was an obvious waste of my time as Rob seemingly deemed my car unworthy of being worked on, as advertised on their website.

We have had two experiences with Rob and both have ended up costing us more money because he did not fix it properly. We have antique cars and they constantly want us to tow them back to them to fix it and will not stand behind their work, he may be good with New cars but with antique cars please beware they do not get fixed properly. We had to take them to another garage to be fixed

Short story: Does what he says he's going to do, affordably. Keeps you informed on everything, talented, and trustworthy. Long Story: My Aston Martin didn't start. Rodents attacked the wiring. Cold walk in and asked him if he (Rob) could help. He says "Let's take a look at it". Tow truck ride later - 3 minute peek around and says "I'll get it running". Four days later... IT LIVES! Because of a part he orders from eBay ($60) instead of Aston ($485). I asked him if he knew anyone that would be interested in buying it. As his shop is filled with Bentley's and Rolls Royce's [I thought he might]. He says I'll poke around. 6 days later he says get me the title. In my experience, no one gives you service like this. If I called he (Rob) picked up or called me back by end of day. Gave me the facts. No story, no excuses, no up charges. This is what we are dealing with and how much it's going to cost to fix it. I don't have time to waste and neither does he (Rob). That's what I like. No BS. This is my new best friend and mechanic for my other cars. My kind of people. Getting it done.

Hands down the BEST experience in the auto industry I have ever had. I have been around cars and car parts my whole life, I have worked at dealerships, I have seen the ins and outs of many shops. Bob and Prestigious are one of the very few places I can say I have the utmost respect for. From his honesty on the phone, to the willingness to help me out more than I even asked for, Bob is a gentleman. First and foremost, they had parts for my 1983 RR Silver Spur, which as you can imagine, there are not many laying around anymore. I had contacted him about the brake distributors. When I told him my story, he told me he could help me with all the parts I needed (shocks, brake distributors, and steering coupler) and he sent me an invoice and shipped them out the same day. I was blown away. You don't find people like Bob anymore and you don't find shops like Prestigious Euro Cars anymore either. Hopefully this place stays open for many generations. Thank you very much Bob, it was a pleasure dealing with you. You have taken away any fear I had about owning a very old Rolls Royce. If anything breaks, I know I can call an honest man and a true professional with integrity and honor. God bless you guys.

Prestigious is hands down the BEST auto shop I’ve ever been to! About a month ago, I got into an accident and needed my bumper and headlight fixed. From the moment I walked in, Rob was beyond accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind. He treated my car with so much care and made the whole process stress-free. When I picked up my car, I was honestly blown away. Not only were the repairs flawless, but they went the extra mile in so many ways — new brake pads that made my car feel brand new to drive (smooth, fast, and safe), a full interior detail with vacuum and wash, and even something I didn’t expect at all: Rob noticed how the front license plate was taking away from my car’s clean, luxury look, so he drilled it off and filled the holes. I brought my Lamborghini Urus along with my dodge durango Hell Cat SRT. Rob and his staff at Prestigious Euro were phenomenal. They fixed every issue with both of my vehicles in a timely fashion. Everything was done to perfection with original factory parts. I was constantly updated through out the process of my vehicles getting done. The best part of it all was my bill, it was so reasonable I almost wanted to give them more. Rob is very upfront and honest. I will always bring my high end vehicles here for any work needed.
