Made an appointment the day before to have a repair done on my equipment, I spoke to milton told him this is a emergency job for me. I can't work with out this machine he said he would be at out job site at 830 am not to worry.. he said he would be there...Sent over all the information he asked me for today he don't show up I called and texted several times, my crew and I waited until 930am for him to get back at us how we really needed this machine inorder to work today I paid my crew of 6 men an hour to wait for him. I had to cancel some jobs and rearrange my work day entire . I sent text messages asking if he's not going to make it to please let mr know so I can make other arrangements to have my machine fixed. I do not recommend this company. Unfortunately I had. Bad experience and will not be using them for future repairs. I only called them becuase the came recommend from a good friend of mine that has used them in the past..

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. I was originally told that my work truck would be ready in two hours, but they kept it for over two days with no updates. I tried calling multiple times, and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. When the truck was finally ready, they hit me with an outrageous overcharge, charging nearly double what the job should have cost. This level of dishonesty and poor communication is unacceptable, especially when time is money for a business. I would not recommend them to anyone who values transparency, reliability, and most Importantly customer service!
