Both employees are real and honest. I wouldn't say this if I had any doubt. I've been there at least a half a dozen times and I'll continue .I use to go to Ravenwood tires until I became unsatisfied and just happened to stumble on Sterling tire store.I'll always use them

BEWARE! I work very close to this shop and my car wouldn't start, I called to find out if they sold batteries and the person that answered said to bring it in and we'll test it for you... I did and they did their test and told me it was not my battery but it was my alternator. They wanted to charge over $400 for the alternator but I wanted to shop around and the next mechanic I went to tested it and said it was only a dead battery and not my alternator. What a shame that people try to scam others especially a mechanic shop. I would go to another place to get your car fixed since they tried to scam me...*BEWARE* Don't trust this place, always get a second opinion if you have no choice but to deal with this place! And good luck if you have to go here!

Last time I came they were more worried about flirting than changing my tires. This time they replaced my valve stem and refilled my tire in less time it took to drive there (and it was like 5 minutes before they closed, so props to them for letting me. Was only 10 bucks, as well. Will certainly be going this Tuesday when my new tires arrive to have them installed here. Best price in town with fast service.

Caught a flat on 95 and this was the first place around. I cannot stress to you enough how much of a life saver this man was! Luckily I had I spare tire with me but it needed to be mounted and balanced. 10 minutes in an out and he barely even charged me. Do yourself a favor and go support a fantastic locally owned business with fantastic service.

a piece of metal got in my tire this morning so i wanted to take care of it right away , called to make an appointment an the nice gentleman told me that i could just come in no problem , when i got there he removed the piece of metal from my tired in less than 2 minutes and thankfully it did not puncture the tire, he didn't even charge me since it was a simple repair , Thank you so much for your help today , great business!!!

They are quick, nice and get the job done. My last used tire was $10 more than I expected but a good tire.I'm a repete customer. *Update* With their prices going up, I bought new tires from the auto parts store, installed for the same price as their used, plus I got warranties on them and their used ones condition kept going down to really bad. Let me note, the shop on Griffin Road is owned by the shop owner on Sterling.

Needed another patch for my Porsche not just a plug...They fixed it in 10 min. Perfect. I come here a lot since there is always construction with screws and nails around and my tires need help. I get a patch instead of a plug. They do a real nice job with friendly service.

Fabian is a lying cheat. Went in for 2 new tires and he put the wrong size tires on my vehicle. The car is AWD and the larger tires he put on caused my rear differential to burn out. When I confronted him about the situation he denied any blame even when his own mechanic corroborated the story. He didn't have the correct size of P225/65R18 available and instead of letting me know that he simply put on P235/65R18 thinking it wouldn't make a difference. $3000 worth of damage caused and to top it all off I still had to get new tires to match the correct size! All he had to do was say I don't have that size in stock but he wanted the sale. Not an honest business man at all, take your car elsewhere.

Life is life and in life tires go bad without warning. I literally have shown up here in an emergency situation 4 times in the last three years. Whether my car needed to be replaced, filled with air or patched up I’ve gotten the nicest service and the fairest prices. These guys won’t even charge me for little things. How refreshing. Any other place I have walked into in the past has just doubled their price looking at me. Support this shop. They are wonderful people, fair priced and accommodating.

This shop is one of the most honest shops you’ll ever come to in Fort Lauderdale. Fixed my mother’s Ford E450 shuttle and made sure everything worked before she left. Honest men here!
