It was a blessing to find such a great place to take care of my car! As my car gets older, continuing service at the dealership has become just too expensive to justify. I know cars well, and I also know that there are body shops outside the dealership that can provide the same or even better quality of service. But it takes some luck to find one that not only delivers high performance but also treats customers with honesty and respect. Discovering Prestige Auto Care has been such a blessing. After my first service here, I was impressed- from testing my car and working with the team( specially shout out to Craig) they completely earned my trust. The price is very reasonable and the work is phenomenal! most importantly — their core values in how they run business are truly remarkable — They understand that success comes from putting themselves in the customer’s shoes, and being honest about what a car actually needs. They don’t try to upsell unnecessary services. Sounds too good to be true, right? But it’s real. Yes, they’re running a business, but not like others who try to squeeze every dollar out of your wallet. I believe that’s why they have so many loyal, happy customers and why they’re thriving. There is no more nerve wrecking experience than being a single woman and buying a car in South Florida. Kevin at the front had to walk me off the ledge multiple times during this experience. Oddly enough, I watched him doing the same thing to the young lady across the waiting room from me. Kevin’s sensitivity toward the newest issues my car has been having should be rated a perfect 100. His calm, but effective approach to battling with my warranty company got me a whole new turbocharger and now my car drives like it’s brand new again! I am so happy I listened to my old boss who was the one who told me to come here. Come here if you want to be treated like a real person and not just, take a number. I recently had my oil change at Prestige European Auto Service and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was incredibly quick. They even offered complementary car wash. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with free coffee and water. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future car maintenance needs. Our service manager Mr. Curo was professional, courteous and helpful by proactively ensuring a loaner was available for repairs that where going to take a few days. Work was done on our 2011 Volvo XC90, of which we never had to do any major work on thankfully. The photos and explanation of faulty parts shared via link was something gratefully surprising. We didn't even get this from a dealer. Services were priced and listed from most to least urgent which gave us the choice based on budget. Our vehicle drives smooth and we are confident considering they even provided a 7yr warratie on the parts that were changed. We will followup in the next 90days for a followup review making sure work done stands the test of time. We are truly gratefull for a good repair shop.

I was very pleased with Prestige European Auto Services. I found out about them by doing a google search and have seen where others were pleased with work performed there, and also their good ratings.I called and spoke to Ryan and as busy as they were, he allowed me to take my car in without having to make an appointment. He acted very polite and professionally. Excellent customer service, very friendly and pleasant, going above and beyond identifying problems with my vehicle issues. They took the initiative to analyze the problems and was able to resolve it in a short period of time. I would recommend Prestige to anyone who is looking for excellent, reliable and friendly services. Wow!! I have even forgotten to mention how they washed my car and checked for other issues.

Prestige recently handled the major service (60,000 mi) on my Land Rover Defender, fixed a coolant system leak as well as a number of other miscellaneous clean-up things that my 5 year old Defender needed. They did an awesome job and Kevin was amazing! Having an extended service warranty, Kevin contacted the warranty company and had the coolant system repair taken care of under the extended warranty. Kevin and the Prestige crew were also able to figure out and repair a troublesome running light issue and very cost effectively. I will certainly be brining my Defender back to them for any service that it needs and highly recommend them to others.

I had a very very bad experience recently with a couple other mechanics with my Range Rover. My friend referred me to these guys. Kevin heard me out (which I appreciated bc I felt heard) they brought me in and gave me a run down before they did the work. The price was better than range rover and fair. The place is clean; the work was excellent and just a note there were alot of range rovers there so they know what they’re doing. They also are car fax rated so that’s a plus. Very professional place. I highly recommend this place if your a Range Rover owner

0 STARS. I was forced to give 1. AVOID. ❌ Family owned and better prices they advertise. BIG DEAL! I think I’d rather pay higher prices and actually be able to get the scheduled work done on my car. Appointment was made days before and I even showed up early. I was told the appointment didn’t make any difference as they might be able to get to my car in 3 to 4 hours! All I wanted was a simple oil change-20 minutes work. And I had an appointment. I guess that doesn’t mean anything to this business. Why do you make appointments I ask? I would rather pay higher prices than use this company. I’ll take my car to the BMW dealer and you know the guy who finally acknowledged me after waiting was kind of rude too. I’ll go elsewhere—you should too.

I've taken my cars to them three times for repairs, Jaguar the first time and Mercedes these past two. Hands down the best mechanic service I've ever had. They are very thorough, and they send you an itemized list of what needs repairs that includes photos of what they are seeing, the labor and part cost, and a link to an explainer video about what the part does so you can make an informed decision that fits your budget. Honestly I wish every business was this transparent and clear! This most recent time Kevin in the office went above and beyond to make sure I had transportation while they were working on my car, and was super friendly and just so helpful. All 3 experiences have been good but after this most recent one I wouldn't even consider taking my car to anyone else. Highly recommend.
