Dropped off the vehicle at the service, one week later I have not received a call or an update in regards to the truck, I called 4 times to get an update and everyone I spoke to made false promises about someone getting back to me in regards to what’s being done to the truck. Two weeks went by and I still couldn’t get an update or a call back. I decided to show up and pick up my truck, the service guy was more concentrated on his phone than helping customers, when he made eye contact with me he asked what I need, I told him I needed to pick up my car, and when I told him the whole issue with the truck and what had happened in the two weeks, he just handed out my keys and walked away, no paperwork, no update, and no solution to my truck. This is the demise of a business where the employees get to treat a client however they want, lack of respect and professionalism. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there for service unless they’re buying a new car, which is when they smile and treat you like a king. See you later pride Chevrolet.

My truck had an oil issue that prompted me to pull over. I had the truck towed to Pride with no issues and they began the diagnostics to the truck. Within a few days I was informed my engine oil, coolant lines ruptured, causing the oil to exit the engine. They then took it upon yourself to do a full engine inspection. Thankfully they did because they came to the conclusion that my engine has seized. Luckily they were able to locate the motor to my truck and have it shipped next day so they can begin work replacing it. Even before that they reached out to me and offered me a loaner due to the time my truck was in the shop. Shop. In conclusion, I had nothing but a great experience with the service department and the customer service department. They treated me as a valued customer and not just a number. Letizia was awesome with communication and follow ups even wished me a happy birthday the day of. I have nothing but good things to say about Pride Chevy.

I had a very good experience for my first time there. I was very scared that it would cost a whole bunch of money with the prices today I was petrified, but little did I know it was affordable. I got my car fixed they even use a coupon which I was very grateful for and I would happily bring my car back there. Thank you I had a great experience.

I took my car to replace my Sirius radio antenna and an oil change. I also needed a new rim on my tire. Letizia was my service agent. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She kept updating me on the status of my vehicle. I ended up needing more work and she took care of a loaner car for me so I didn’t have to wait any longer. Letizia made sure I knew everything that was going on and how long my car would be in service. I can’t recommend Letizia enough. She is so professional and extremely knowledgeable and experienced at her job. If you need service I highly recommend going to Pride and see Letizia as your service agent. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Was able to schedule an oil change within 24 hrs. The dealer is very efficient with everything organized by text msg. Took 2 hrs & 15 min to get everything done, about an hour longer than expected. Waiting lounge is fine, a little on the small side, no food or drink. No car wash (they do that in California)

Had an appointment for a check engine light issue. However, it went off and stayed off 5 days before my appointment. Pride has safety inspections there. Mine was due. They inspected it . It passed. Saved me lots of unnecessary diagnostic expenses. I have had great service here also in the past for much biggest repairs and that were done in timely fashion that was really important for a trip I had upcoming at time. They went extra mile for me

Omar and his On-site mechanic Chris Clain clearly explained their diagnostic process, and diagnosed and fixed the issue. They even delivered the truck directly to my house after. I made an appointment a week in advance to bring in my car for service. When I dropped it off on the morning of the scheduled day, I was told it should be ready by that afternoon. I hadn’t heard any status update by 4:30pm so I called. The receptionist said the service advisor would call me right back. I didn’t hear anything, so tried calling again a little after 5pm and got a recording saying they were closed. So after being told it would be ready that day, they closed for the day without following up with me. The next day was July 4th so I knew then I was out of a car for 2 more days. The morning of the 5th I called at about 8am and was told my car was next to go in. I told him I needed the car back that afternoon so please update me as soon as possible. I called back around 11am to check in and again was told by a receptionist that the service advisor would call right back. I never got a call. Tried calling 3 more times that day with the same result, even after complaining that nobody was calling me back. They told me they’d mark it as “urgent”. 5pm came again with no word. By this point my car has been there for 3 days and I had to pay hundreds of dollars to get an UberXL for my family for travel we had to do that night. The next day I still didn’t hear anything so at 9am I called again (they open at 7:30am). Again a receptionist said a service advisor would call me back. Didn’t hear anything for another hour so I just went in person to recover my vehicle because it had been impossible to reach a human being at the service shop for over 24 hours. Incredibly, at 10am (26 hours after I was told my car was next to go in the shop) I was told again by the same person that my car hadn’t been looked at yet and it was next to go in. So my vehicle was there into a 4th day and was never looked at. I asked to speak to a manager but there was none on site. I have been getting service at Pride for nearly a decade, but never again. This was a total nightmare. The dishonesty and lack of any concern for a loyal customer was unbelievable.

I brought my car in for no heat, and it also needed a new battery. My car was taken in on time and completed the same day. I received a courtesy ride home and was then picked up when my car was done. The driver for the courtesy ride was very friendly. Was checked in by Letizia Who was very professional and kind? I would absolutely bring my car back in the future if it needed more repairs.

I found Christopher professional and approachable and had a sense that he was knowledgeable and that his concern with my car was genuine. My only negative experience was waiting for updates w/o having to call. I waited 4 days before the diagnostic was done and any feedback given. I had the same experience. back in August of 2022.I will have the repairs done in November 2023 at pride service station.
