Came in to change front brake pads, driver side tire had one lug that was stuck due to a pre existing issue when I had my tires put in. They took their time and replace a “lug stud” and got my tire out finally and replaced my lug nut so I have no issues in the future. All in all I was in and out in 30-45 mins, great service!

I am beyond impressed with the service I received at Prime Time Auto Repair in LIC! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. The team was not only professional and efficient, but they also went the extra mile. I went there to replace my car front struts both left and right and did an oil change I usually take it to the dealer for that but the fact that they used genuine parts and high-grade engine oil, why should I spend more money for the same job. This work would cost me over $1000, I only paid a fraction of that. What's more? they even took the initiative to check my tires, the brake and windshield wipers without me having to ask. I highly recommend their top-notch services!

I had a squeaky noise from the front tire. He recommended a worker to take off the tire to grease it up instead telling me to change everything. He’s been so generous . He didn’t even charge me for the first time. I felt bad .so, i i gave the worker tips. I’m seeing that he really wanted to hold customers to provide outstanding service instead being greedy for money. These are the people you would need in this field. I hope he will be like this and provide outstanding service for everyone.

New shop with unprofessional mechanics. He screwed my car dashboard light after I had oil change and replaced airbags module. They left all lights on my dashboard and can’t figure it out how to reprogramming. Manager gave discount to solve the problems but that not how it works!! I have to look for the professional guy from somewhere else to fix it. And the reason that they can’t reprogram the car, just because this mechanic guy forgot to plug key’s wire in between front seat. I hate mechanic who’s guessing and random fix part. This shop is one of them. Read the reviews below. Even oil change they said they changed it but the oil was so dirty and mileage didn’t reset 😩😩😩. Manager seem nice try once is enough. Just adding Zelle to prove a service. Yes ! You didn’t give me paper receipts, I wonder why ? I’m sure you are remember all the problems that happened to each one of customers. You want to send me to Honda shop in the bronx to reprogram it but you never gave me his number. And you told me to change Clockspring* to fix dashboard lights problem. Bro you have to accept it when more people mention. Every one loves IDG & we want to support you bro. But you gonna have to do better with your mechanics!!!!!! Otherwise you will have to take a complaint. At first I was thinking not to post it. Try not to be 100% negative reviews. Your price is cheaper than the other. Yes it’s guarantees for price!!!!! But it seems that your mechanics really being causing problems bro. Keep that in mind. I never said its owner of the business fault.

Stopped by on a Saturday night for some work on my Tesla Model 3 and was very impressed with this shop. Very clean and organized and the price is unbeatable. Best prices from any shop on 21st even all of NYC. I shop around for the BEST price and quality and this shop has completely exceeded my expectations. The manager who was there was very respectful and answered all my questions promptly which is not something I’m used to with the TLC shops. These guys really care for TLC guys and try their best to give us the top tier service. Highly recommend.

Please do not go here, they will say the parts are OEM but they are not. The guy said he's installing OEM parts from Tesla , charged me 300$+ per part and he opened a box from SUSPENSIA. DO NOT GO HERE . After 1 months of driving my car needs new suspension parts again. Said NO warranty will be offered.

This is worst autorrapir shop in nyc... All workers are bad, zero knowledge about fixing cars. Especially man standing by the gate. Foreman or someone. I went there for replacing shock mounts.. I know exactly what is the issues Because I visited multiple other autoshops. I visited here cus I heard this store fix with better price.. Guess what. Workers here told me to fix other parts, other issues.. They do not even be able to find what is the issue is.. Stay away pleae if you do not want lifetime headache..

The quality of service was outstanding—it was quick and efficient. Even though the work should have taken an hour, I was in and out in just 30 minutes, all at an amazing price. I was referred here by my friend Maheen, who had a great experience with his Range Rover’s first oil change. The staff explained the process clearly, making it easy to understand how simple and fast the service would be. They even cleared all my error codes without me having to ask! Overall, they did an incredible job, and I’ll definitely be returning here for my future oil changes. Special shout-out to the guy with the glasses—he’s the best person to talk to if you have any questions about their services. The place is also clean and has comfortable seating.
