The car vaccumes only work with credit cards and the suction power is great! Finally a car wash where your not ripped off and everything works the way it's supposed to and your car comes out looking great.

So this car wash doesn’t clean your car. It just sprays water lightly. I wish I could have a refund. The picture I took is right after I pulled out of my $20 wash. Don’t fall for this scam.

Very bad... you pay $15 and no dryer. Crazy... So your car is entirely covered with water... then in a day it is covered in water spots and looks bad again.

It was ok. Did ultra wash (soft touch). Haven't washed in a few months (not much driving due to pandemic). Brake dust in wheels didn't come off well. More than 70% of wheels dirty. Otherwise, good.

Paid 18 dollars for a touchless car wash… didn’t make a difference at all in cleaning the car… car looked just as dirty as it did before I pull in there. Ripoff and they washers suck…

I was desperate to get the layer of pollen off my car. This place was nearby so I decided to stop. The VERY basic economy wash is $10...I'm used to it being $7. There was water, soap, then water again. The dry was additional that I didn't pay for so it dried with spots but the pollen was off! 👍🏼 if there's better value car wash, I'll keep looking. 🤷🏽♀️

Paid $15 for a car wash, drove in, no undercarriage spray, drove forward , didn't see any message to stop, or move forward. No car wash. Car before me had issues. Took the guy 5 mins going forward, backwards to get it started. System is old, this was the middle bay. The right Bay is a new system. Top wash is $20, I will be washing my car at home. Called their phone #, just rang, no voice mail, nice

I have visited this place yesterday 7/18/22 for Car Vacuum… they are charging $1.50 for every 5 mins.. These vacuums are very powerful..when compared to few other car vacuum stations in Chelmsford neighborhood.. They installed 8 such powerful vacuums.. ~ in $3 you should be able to clean your entire car. I recommend this place ☝️

A lack luster car wash. At $12 for a basic wash (soft touch or touchless) it's definitely on the high side for price compared to others in the area. The detergents seem a little watered down and it never seems to get the car super clean. Unfortunately the location is in a convenient area of town.

Expensive, but has touch and touchless 24 hours. Didnt clean very well, if your car is very dirty and it is caked on I recommend going elsewhere, this place works good for a quick wash. Dryer was a bit underwhelming

This was after the car wash. Quality is concerning and over priced. $16 for soap and water. I have been coming for years, never an issue but not anymore.

Unless you need an immediate wash, as if you vehicle has bird droppings, I'd suggesting passing on this wash. If you do choose to use this wash, keep your receipt and prepare to take pictures if the wash doesn't work. It happed to me (see the end for details). The value really isn't there. The least expensive option is $16 and only includes a presoak, wash with soap, treatment (which I hate), rinse and quick single pass of a "spot free rinse". You need to step up to $20 for a dryer pass and $22 for an undercarriage wash. These prices are higher than similar washes in the area which are admittedly few when it comes to touchless. Hence why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 as it may be your only option in a pinch. Personally, I hate any wash which adds a protectant. Thankfully, most add this "benefit" at higher packages that I don't purchase ever. I have all my vehicles ceramic coated and wash mostly at home. Unfortunately, living in New England, home washes are not always an option. The protectant usually does more harm than good in my experience. It appears this wash values adding a protectant for ALL packages which I wish the didn't. I'd rather remove the protectant and include the dryer, even at a higher cos. The wash is relatively close to my work office. After 2020, I work mostly from home. Previously I did utilize this wash occasionally, in emergency situations, and for getting rid of bird droppings or excessive snow/dirt in the winter, it did an ok job. The value was much better back then. I went today for the first time in years and was severely disappointed. I also remembered why I had stopped using this wash routinely. During a warm weather day (no blame for cold weather) I attempted to get rid of bird droppings from a wash. The wash only used water (an probably protectant, though as it's clear when applied, I cannot confirm). No SOAP came out and the wash was useless. I tried calling (no attendant there) for a refund. No responses, call back, or anything (you only get a voicemail when you call). I had to eventually call my credit card to get a refund. Use with caution is my recommendations.

It’s a touch free wash but the undercarriage wash isn’t very good. You need to pay for the 2nd best wash to even get undercarriage. It starts late and cuts off early and it doesn’t get the wheels and sides. In the winter I’m mostly going for an undercarriage clear and it’s not great here.

I had the misfortune of trying Primrose Carwash and it was an absolute disaster. I paid $16 for their "basic" touchless wash, and I’m beyond disappointed. First off, they don’t even use a dryer. So my car came out completely soaked, which in cold weather was just a nightmare. The water froze on my car, and now I’m left with frozen patches and water spots everywhere. What a joke! $16 for no dryer is ridiculous—especially when there are so many other car washes around that actually do a decent job for less money. I feel completely ripped off and honestly, this place shouldn’t even be in business if they think that kind of service is acceptable. Avoid this place and save your money for a real car wash.

Rip off. $16 for a basic wash with no dry. Who wants to leave a car wash with a soaking wet car??

It's local, which is great, and it's touchless, (in two of the three bays) which is what my husband insists on. But I have to say, it's pretty expensive for a car wash that doesn't get my car clean. It's fine if your vehicle has minor issues as far as dust or anything that a touchless carwash will clean. But there are other touchless ones out there that do the same thing for less money. Updated January 2025. Unfortunately it's not any better. I was just trying to get the salt off the car and as you can see, this touchless car wash couldn't even do that for $20.

Below average clean, above average prices. Don’t go here, needs updating. Owner should be ashamed with this wash system and these prices. Surprised it is still in business.

Have tried a couple of times. Not very good at all. Paid for the wash with undercarriage included, came out still with snow stuck to the bottom of the car. Vacuums also not included. Conveniently located, but not worth the cost.
