Anthony and Carl did above and beyond to help me confirm that the minivan I bought less than 3 months ago was not checked thoroughly as promised by McCarthy Chevrolet in Olathe, KS!!! When McCarthy did an oil change and checked all my fluids on June 2nd 2024, they didn't put the transmission fluid cap back on the dipstick spot and overfilled the transmission fluid BIG TIME!!! Luckily, today (07-12-24) when I needed this verified, Anthony and Carl were there!!! Even though they were extremely busy, they checked it and let me know that it was definitely overfilled (supposed to be around 45mm & it was over 90mm)!!! I will definitely go to Priority every time I need my car fixed!!!

I came in today to ask for help on a problem with my engine (VW Dealership diagnosed), hoping that I could get another opinion to let me know if what the dealership said was actually true. The man that was at the desk today at 2pm was soooooooo rude... telling me how many engines he had in HIS shop to diagnose. He finally gave me a quote, after I told him that I was referred to their shop.
