I figured I go to get my car washed during my hour lunch break. But that hour turned into almost 2. The workers at the end of the line were slow, while the washers were getting frustrated because of their slowness. No one asked me how I wanted my car wash and what I wanted, they just insisted I wanted the basic wash. After waiting for 2 hours to get my car washed, I got fed up and just wanted to leave. I will not be going here again due to the poor customer service and I did not even get an apology or anything for the slow service.

I made an appointment a day ahead to bring in my car at 11am for a 2-2.5 hour service (done by 1:30pm). When I arrived, the man at the desk told me that there is a wait of 3 cars, and if I wait mine could be done by 5pm. Why did I make an appointment? I'm leaving and will find a more reliable business.

I scheduled to have my vehicle detailed on Thursday at 8am. I show up and was told I needed to wait in line behind 6 other people. When I called the appointment line the gentleman told me that’s not right you should have been able to just drop it off and that I should have spoken to Oscar. I reschedule for Friday at 8am. When I pulled up the guy from yesterday was agitated and told me to go around the back. I asked to speak to Oscar and he yelled I am Oscar. When I told him I have an appointment for a detail he proceeded to yell at me saying I was scheduled for 7:30am and I needed to just go around back and wait because there was someone ahead of me. I’m sorry but I’m not spending my money and leaving my vehicle with someone who thinks it’s okay to yell at his customers. Oscar was very rude and out of line. He was the same person I encountered the day prior so something isn’t right. I will never spend my money here. Maybe management should stop by and take a look at how business is being conducted.

Best place in the DMV to get a car wash! I drives at least 25 min here because of the attention to detail they place in making sure everything is clean. Customer service friendly and quick. But their tire shine! Better than any armor all you can buy at the store.

Pro Wash Car Center always does an exceptional job with my truck. I'm very particular and they show commitment to pleasing and satisfying the customer. They also take the time to give you recommendations on certain products that will improve the sustainability of the paint. There is sometimes a bit of a wait but I'm never disappointed when I leave. Today, I have been waiting for my car interior and exterior to be done since 9am. It is now 2:30pm and I've called twice. There were only 2 cars being serviced when i dropped mine off. Also, I was quote for $85 when i arrived he says $110. Don't waste your time at this place. Will not be back and neither will hubby.

The gentlemen were very professional with exceptional customer service. WhenI walked around my car, I didn't have to point out a bunch of missed spots. They wouldn't allow me to pay until I ensured them I was satisfied with their service. Will definitely be returning, my black beauty is in good hands!!!!

Tried this place once and will NEVER come back. Definitely not worth the money. This place basically charges $40 for a interior exterior wash and clean for SUVs. I declined the interior option and was charged $25 for a piss poor job. Windows and mirrors cloudy and car body not all the way clean. I ended up going to another car wash 2 days later. Not a great location either as there is no main entrance and the drive up wait was 20 minutes for me. Their pricing is listed on a cheap white poster board you can barely see. Be warned, this place is nothing but a cash grab. There are better cheaper more efficient options in the area.

First I’m going to start off by saying this review has absolutely nothing to do with the tinting department. They are 1000% amazing. The car wash department…..the girl that was sitting in the front with the some what big eyes, thin eyebrows and she’s fairly heavy but short…..her!…..she is the absolute worst. One thing I can’t stand is for a person to be rude when I’m trying to spend my money at your establishment. I walked in and she refused to acknowledge or greet me until I was literally looking in her face and I said something to her first. I literally was standing there while she sat there on her phone for about a min before I had to just shake my head and say something to her. Then when I said something to her she directed me to where I needed to go. I came back to the lobby while waiting on my car and once I decided I would just pick my car up once it was done, I went to the desk and she was talking to her friend. I again waiting because at that moment I didn’t know if she was a friend or employee and she refused to acknowledge me. So after about 30 seconds of me standing in front of them, I said to her “hi how do I speak with the guys that are tinting my truck” she looked at me, then looked at her friend and then she spoke Spanish to her friend and gave a face as if I was interrupting an important conversation. At that point I was annoyed and then her friend said go through that door. I don’t work for the tint side. SMH I said don’t worry about it and walked off. When I say never again I ABSOLUTELY MEAN never again. The only reason I stayed for the service is because the guy dewight that I talked to for my appointment was extremely welcoming and nice. Them females in there are rude!

They were hand washing with rags not microfiber or something that looked paint safe. If you are a car enthusiast, and care about your paint, this might not be the place. The price was pretty cheap, but I left before they started on my car.

The Signature Pros
This weekend, we decided to stop at another car wash closest to where we were for time sake. The interior cleaning was not as detailed as Pro Wash & Window Tint. The floor mats were not washed, there were crumbs left underneath the seats and inside the seat tracks. Pro Wash & Window Tint has always power sprayed our floor mats and used compressed air to blow the crumbs from underneath the driver and passenger seats. The details matter very much to us so thank you for paying attention and taking care of our vehicle.

I gave this car wash a try and I can say they went through a process but at the end the car was only somewhat clean. I had to go over and towel dry streaks left over because they did not thoroughly wipe inside door jams and hatch back. I can appreciate hand washing but frankly a machine would have given better results and cost less.

I like the car wash, but they NEVER completely clean the sut off my rims. I always have to finish it myself after paying $40 plus tips.... Clean the rims thoroughly please. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about this place. They essentially detailed my car for $45 including a 30% tip (well deserved). The interior and exterior were immaculate. I just hoped that they would have cleaned my trunk jams but that was easy to do when the rest of the car is immaculate. Thanks so much, I will return soon and often!

I have a truck And just because the people are short, they think they don't have to get the windows and top of the truck. I asked the lady. Can she get my rear window better? She said she's too short. So that's my problem not coming back.
