I recently picked up my car from Providence Auto body and was in literal awe of what an amazing job they did. My Jetta looked better than it did the day I picked up from the dealership. Everyone in the office was absolutely amazing to deal with during the process. They were kind and patient. If I ever have another incident I will definitely go back to Providence Auto Body and will 100% refer them to others. Thank you everyone there

I hit a deer coming home from work, I called Providence Auto Body from a friend's recommendation, the owner called back immediately, took my Toyota Tacoma in the next day. This was my first new car in a long time... I have kids needing rides, he easily set me up with a rental. The day before I was to pick up my truck a significant storm happened specifically in Northern R.I, again on the way from work a tree fell right in front of me I attempted to turn- AGAIN, on the same road... I damaged the rental from Providence Auto Body. It was again late at night, they immediately responded, the owner called me early the next morning, he calmed my now situation, later that day I picked up my truck it was as if no damage happened! The owners even came out to ask me how I liked the repair. I 100% trust and recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.

The level of professionalism at Providence Auto Body has me beyond impressed. I work in luxury retail and after sales service for one of the most demanding brands in the world--I'm the greatest critic of high-end experience-- and I have to say that I was shocked at the level of care this shop takes. They set a new standard. After an auto accident, I reached out to have my Subaru repaired and Providence Auto Body made the process seamless. They asked me what time worked best for me and accommodated to make it easy for me to drop my car off. They had me in a rental and on my way no more than 10 minutes of arriving there. Providence Auto Body handled everything with my insurance, and called sooner than expected to tell me my car was ready. Incredibly, during my few weeks with the rental car, I had the Earth's largest stone hit the windshield and crack it. I let Providence Auto Body know, fully prepared to file the paperwork and pay up front, and they told me to hold off on making an insurance claim-- upon arrival they looked it over and told me they'd take care of it, no worries or charge to me. That won me over as a customer for life! The wonderful people at Providence Auto Body transferred the items in the rental car to my repaired car before I even walked back to the parking lot, and let me know if I had any issues to call them right away. The car was beautifully repaired and they even touched up some dings and scratches that had nothing to do with the accident, but because they have pride in their work. I am so truly grateful and impressed-- the detail work inside the car is flawless-- not a streak on the glass, not a spec of dust. The car smells fresh and clean, even nicer than the day I bought it. I will refer everyone here and I can see why Providence Auto Body has held a successful business all these years! Well done and thank you again!

I was referred to Providence Auto Body after my parked car was totaled by another driver. Dealing with two unhelpful insurance companies left me completely overwhelmed, especially since I wasn’t at fault. Thankfully, Providence Auto Body stepped in. They guided me through the entire process, advocated on my behalf, and helped navigate a truly stressful situation. Their team was responsive, supportive, and even arranged a rental car for me. Five star service from a five star auto body shop. Our minivan was badly damaged from a deer collision. PAB took care of the entire process including appraisal, insurance, and a rental and returned a pristine vehicle to us only a few short weeks later! We could barely recognize our car when we got it back. The entire car was cleaned inside and out. They even detailed the interior of our family minivan! Well done Providence Auto Body! England. All I did was pull up get one of the guys to come out I believe was dave. And explain to me the process I signed some paperwork the next day they had me come and pick up a brand new Rent-A-Car. This was all definitely beyond my expectations thanks to Nikki Ortega. Who is definitely an angel sent from heaven. She made this process for me so outstanding and easy. And with everything that I was going through she made it perfect for me thank you so much. Everybody in the office is also outstanding. The guys that do all the work and the body shop also excellent excellent I can't go any further. I write a lot of reviews but this one definitely has me forclempt...I know that God always puts the right people in my life when I need it the most. I’ve had four cars in my lifetime and I have been in an accident one or two times but every time I go to Providence auto body I feel comfortable that I can rely on them to get the job done appropriately and they go beyond expectations.The staff there are great along with Nick the service manager. I highly suggest providence auto body for a quick rental process to having the cars fixed. The work is amazing. The prices are good and they work with you. I am going there for my mother‘s car now and have been met with beyond expectations I have been going there since I was 16 and I’m 42 now I highly suggest and trust Providence or auto body with any of your needs. Why trust other auto bodies that don’t work with you when you can go to Providence auto-body and have a good experience

Literally wish I could give them all the stars because they really are the best here! Super nice and very accommodating especially when it comes to needing a rental. I would recommend them to anyone I know needing a fix on their car, or to anyone that’s considering it. They do a fantastic job every time (I’ve seen my in laws cars be fixed here and they come out looking brand new) as well as they detail your car so nicely when its time for pick up. Again I’d choose them over any body shop in RI ☺️ (before and after photos shown)
