I had a tree fall on my house and damage my roof. So I called Pruden Restoration to come help. They sent one of the guys to my house to assess the situation and temporarily fix the giant hole in my roof until the guys could get out and complete it. The next morning a crew showed up and made it look like there was never a problem!! Will definitely use them again!!!

My house recently flooded in NW Arkansas in April 2017. I called Pruden Restoration and they immediately went to my home and assessed the damage. Their sense of urgency is outstanding! I didn’t have flood insurance, thus I didn’t have the finances at my disposal as others may have had, but they were willing to work with me and help me in every way that they could. Jody was encouraging, compassionate about my losses, and thankful that my family was safe. He thoroughly explained everything…removal, drying and treatment. He always called me back every time he said he would and in a timely manner. They not only came out and set up drying equipment and treated all the contaminated areas he went the extra mile and contacted an electrician to come and see if my central air was completely destroyed from the flood or if it was just a circuit board. I cannot thank them all enough for all that they’ve done for me and for being compassionate about what I was going through. I would recommend Pruden if you have any restoration needs!

I had a fire in my garage, so I filed a claim with my insurance company. They said hire a restoration company to come clean the garage and home for smoke damage. I contacted Pruden for their services, in the beginning everyone was pleasant and eager to help, they sold me on cleaning and their services. After they completed their cleaning I noticed they had damaged the popcorn ceiling, (which I told them was going to be impossible to clean, since it just flakes off when you touch it) in multiple areas of the home. They said don't worry insurance will pay to have the ceilings refinished and paint all of the walls. Insurance said that since the damage was caused by Pruden and not the fire that they would not pay anything for the popcorn ceiling. I contacted Jeremy with Pruden to discuss my invoice to see what we could do. He immediately tells me that if I do not pay every single dime of the invoice he will file a lien on my property. After speaking with other mitigation companies I feel as if I was taken advantage of by Pruden and put in a compromising situation after disputing this with their office, they adjusted $250 off of the invoice for the cleaning of the ceiling, but did nothing for the damages they caused. Now insurance will not cover anything more and said they already paid out over $12,000 to Pruden and that should have been enough to fix and clean everything. Would definitely recommend a company that will clean and do the reconstruction all together.

The roof on my home was split by a large old double oak during a recent tornado. The Storm struck early Sunday a.m. before Memorial Day. Of course, we lost electricity. Pruden answered my Memorial day for help, came by and explained once the tree was removed they would install a tarp to cover damage to roof. Tree services were closed Memorial Day so the tree was removed the next afternoon, and Pruden's crew was at work the following morning cleaning up, removing water soaked ceilings, insulation, dry wall and floors to quickly begin the dry out and dehumidifying process. Pruden provided rapid, effective response at a time when demands were high due to the storm in this region. Thank all at Pruden who worked diligently and well at a difficult time to help so many. You all get five thumbs up from me. Thank you.

Our home had fresh mold growth in several interior walls after a gray water leak in a bathroom. Pruden responded quickly to our call for help and expertly removed the contaminated drywall, baseboards, and carpeting in involved areas.
