This guy seems like a good guy however, my 1st appointment he was a no show without a call/text. We waited for over an hour for him before i called him to hear his excuse why he blew us off. The next 2 appointments i made he canceled at last minute with more issues. He did offer a lower rate as compensation but i don't trust he'll ever show up. I was never successful in getting my car detailed by him because he flaked out each time. Maybe a good detailer but needs to get his act together.
