Dishonest. Rude. Disorganized. Use with extreme caution and get everything in writing. That's the short version; details are below. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago, specifying it had to be on a Wednesday before the 22nd (due to an impending trip), and after 12 noon. I was given an appointment on Wednesday October 18, 2017. They asked what time after 12, and I said, "Is 1 pm okay?" They said yes, and we confirmed the date and time twice while on the phone. I was quoted $150 to install the tonneau cover and that it would take about an hour to complete. I showed up at 12:55 on 10/18 and the old guy at the desk was already in a bad mood when I walked in with my husband. I said who I was and what we were there for, and the man grumbled about having me on the schedule at 8am. I laughed (and so did my husband) and I said, "There's no way I'd make an appointment for 8 am. I work nights and don't even go to bed until 4 or 5 am." The man sneered at me, then repeated that he had it down for 8 am. I repeated myself, and my husband piped up, too. Absolutely zero chance I'd ever make an appointment for that time--I'd have been asleep! We shrug this off, and I fill out the form. As I'm doing so, I asked how long it would take. The man said "All day." I looked up at him and said, "That's not what I was told two weeks ago. They said 1 hour." He rolled his eyes and gave a huge sigh, like I was wasting his precious time with all my questions and demand for truth. He looked at his book and said "It says 8 am, 2 hours." So, was it 1 hour, 2 hours, or "all day"? You would think the story would end here. But it doesn't. We leave the truck with the promise of "about 2 hours", and we head to lunch nearby. I had my phone in my lap the entire time, waiting for a call to come get the truck. Time passes, no call, so we call my son to come get us. At this point we think Wiley's is really going to drag this out all day, even after stating a 1 hour estimate on the phone and a 2 hour one in person. We decide we'll just deal with it when the time comes. It's now about 2.5 hours since drop off and we walk in the door. Wiley's had just called and left a message with my daughter. I call them back, and this is where the story gets truly evil. The grumpy old guy is suddenly cheerful while he says, "We weren't able to find anyone able to do your truck today. Just no guys available at all. I called around a few places for you and someone can get you in tomorrow..." I hung up. So, not only did we waste the time of 3 people today driving back and forth (me, my husband, and my son), but we wasted all that gas for 3 vehicles, including my giant gas-guzzling truck. And we didn't even end up with the service I had an appointment for! To top it all off, we didn't even get an apology from Wiley's. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Sadly, I can't even rate them on their body work, because after 3 hours they still hadn't even touched my truck! BEWARE--this is one shady operation.

I went in today for a quote and not only was the guy working .. I believe his name was Steve .. super helpful but also friendly too. I had some trouble with the bumper on my car ..I accidentally backed into something and it came loose. He made sure the bumper was secure and didn't charge me anything to check it out and provide some reassurance that it was going to be ok. Luckily it was something that could pop back in to place without needing any parts. True customer service !!!

I had some terrible customer service today, Wiley's Auto body shop they do great work on vehicles, but after today i will never go back. I would suggest to support another local business. I was treated poorly due to a misunderstanding with the customer service representative, she quoted a price incorrectly and the cost ended up being double of what it should have been. She became passive aggresive and rude when confronted with the problem. This inevitably caused me to snap and cuss her out. was that right? probably not, but it made me feel better since I am still out 922 dollars due to her lack of knowledge. I would suggest supporting another local business.

Did a perfect job on my car! Was recommended to me by Gerber Collision and Glass. They fit my car in right away for a new front bumper and it was done within a week. Very friendly and knowledgeable

This was the best experience I could have had. Not only did they quote me 1500 under the other guy, they also fixed my car in the 3 days they said they would. I left there not paying a penny over what they quoted me in the first place, and my car looks as good as new. Thanks for the great service!

I wasn't even given a chance to become a customer, because they "don't accept vehicles that need to be towed in". It's a collision repair center, but they don't work on wrecked vehicles that need to be towed? Weird. Kevin said it is because they "don't want to get stuck with it". Seemed like an odd (and unnecessary and somewhat rude) thing to say to a potential customer, especially after I mentioned that I have AAA, and can have my car towed back home after they prepare the estimate. AAA does tow both ways. Maybe Wiley's isn't aware of that? They also can't get to anyone's cars for at least six months, "December at the earliest". This was, again, according to Kevin. Don't waste your time.

Got a dent in my truck bed side and they fixed it like it never happened. Black metal flake paint on a body line. Erased. Most shops need a little nudge to let you know what's going on, they are no different. Once they started repairs, they kept me posted and had it done far ahead of the estimated time. That's luck of the draw because some repairs do take longer. This kind of work is an art form and they have it figured out.

I will highly recommend Wileys Auto and Collision to anyone I know, in need of their services. You can expect high quality work at very reasonable prices. They complete your work on time and they take pride in what they do. Special thanks to Brandon who is smart and easy to deal with at the front desk and to the technician who skillfully performed our work. Way to go!

They did awesome work on my car after a collision in April. Brandon would call me on updates and let me know what is going on with my car so there was no worrying. Just lots of anticipation with everything. When I got my car back it didnt look like it was ever hit. So thank you for such an awesome job and i would highly recommend them with anyone.

Wiley’s did a great job on repairing the damage on my Crosstrek from it being side swiped. They worked well with my insurance which is progressive. The only reason I am giving them three stars is for their lack of communication. I was originally suppose to only have my car in the shop for 7-8 business days. It took a while extra two weeks for my car to be finished. During that time I was only notified with updates by the end of the first week. The other times I was told that I would get an update during the mid of next week and that never came so o had to call and find out myself. Then I was told it was going to take another whole week. Another whole week goes by and still didn’t hear anything. I have my boyfriend go in to pay and they tell him it was going to be done in a couple of days and that they were gonna call me later that day… I got no call. I call at the end of the week and was told it was going to take another week. Luckily that was correct. I picked up my car and it drives and looks brand new! I completely understand that parts can be late and on back order but communication goes a long way. Especially when you’re given so many new dates when things will be finished. My boyfriend took his truck to Wiley’s a couple months before I did and it also took them an extra week than the original date.

Just picked up a vehicle from Wiley's. This was an out of pocket job - not insurance even though pricey. I can only say it was a gratifying experience at Wiley's. Workmanship was excellent, but more than that, I'd say the best thing about them was how they deal with customers and how they communicate. They kept me feeling the car was in good hands. And, they decided there were a couple minor details they might do to make my experience better - I left feeling like a few added efforts that didn't impact the original estimate. Good people.

I wouldn't take my sports car just anywhere, and Wiley's was the perfect place for my carbon fiber diffuser installation and re-badging. They were precise and timely, and it's always great to support a local business. Everybody at the shop is extremely friendly, and they will give honest quotes for work on the spot. Since 1943 this shop has been serving the community, and I will be coming back for any of my automotive needs. I highly recommend this shop to anybody looking for repairs or any body work. A+++!

First time I have had to have body damage repaired on a car. The staff at Wiley's made it a very painless experience for me. They were able to get me an appointment fast and worked with my insurance so the repairs could be made. They were able to make the repairs quickly and it looks great! You can't even tell that there was damage. Thank you so much!!

I do not recommend this shop. 1. There is 0 communication about your vehicle unless you call them. Went 6 days without any information. 2. The front desk receptionist can become quite rude once she is frustrated with you asking questions about your vehicle because the story on why it should stay longer is continuously changing. 3. Your car will not be ready by the days put on the estimate as " it is not correct it is just a number of days we put. They will extend the repair and tell you they don't know when it will be ready. 4. When calling on the 6th day I was informed my car was going to be ready by the date they told insurance and just needed to add clear paint. 2 hours later " there is a part missing, but we ordered it and will add it. Next day " so frustrating when parts arrive damaged" When calling on the day I was promised a call the story changed again and I was informed that because they don't like how the car looks so they won't return it. And due to the damage they have to start over with the painting process. I informed the receptionist I would be stopping by, and she became extremely rude and hung up as soon as possible. 5.The morning I went in to check my car, I had received a notification from my car app that it was in downtown Port Orchard, 3 miles from the shop. Upon arrival my car looked ready, to which he showed me a HUGE chip in the bumper that was obviously done after the car was finished. When asking when the car will be ready since I was assured the part arrived the previous day, the mechanic quickly said " we are unsure because he stopped by, and left with the part". I informed them I would be informing my insurance. Casually enough the car was ready that day.
