It’s a shame this is the closest location to me as it is probably the worst. The customer service is great, I will give you guys that. This location almost always has something broken, whether it be half the brushes in the actual wash, to a lane that’s been closed for months making the wait times insanely long when they’re busy. Never mind the fact that they offer free towels that are never restocked - and when they are they’re soaking wet. I usually make a point to avoid this location and go to the Powell one instead, it’s far better.

Mark is the best!! perfect customer service couldn't ask for a better carwash to come to always very helpful in any questions I may have and i noticed that there's not a long waite gets the cars threw and clean and customers are always satisfied that's for sure!! He deserves a promotion that's for sure!

I would give it a 5 star but I drive a small suv and it NEVER gets the back of the hatch clean always have to clean it afterwards they spray something on it but its not enough if its supposed to be a cleaner and I also sent email in about problem no answer to email either

I was a fan of Pure Magic until the car wash ripped my wife’s driver side door fender off. When I went to report it and had to wait for an hour to speak with someone. They ultimately transferred me to the Walker Springs location where the incident took place. Once transferred, I was immediately sent to voicemail. Four days later, no call back. When I went to the store in person, the people had told me that they found the piece and to not worry about it because they had insurance. One of the teammates helped me file the claim. The real bummer comes when the insurance company decided that since it didn’t happen to anyone else that day, and since there were no reported malfunctions, they were not liable. So who is responsible? I literally just bought this car three months ago. I’ve driven my wife’s car through the walker springs location dozens of times with happy experiences. Now I’m stuck with a $750 bill from the body shop. I will be cancelling both my membership and my wife’s membership. I understand that Pure Magic has signs that say “not responsible for damages due to ……” But at some point, the company has to take some responsibility for their machines. How do I know that the machine didn’t go too close to my car? How do I know they are telling the truth? How am I supposed to even dispute this? I am extremely disappointed and will be washing and vacuuming my car at home in the future.

I have been here a few times but today I wanted to go and get Pur Magics premium car wash but didn't have my card and the don't take tap to pay of any kind. Fortunately, a nice employee named Mark helped me out and was so kind and attentive that I can't help but give this place 5 stars.

The cleaning is inconsistent and it never cleans my rear bumper cover. Sometimes I drive out with water spots, sometimes the water is blown and swept off. The people spraying the wand never touch the passenger side. Sometimes the tire shine sticks, sometimes it’s rubbed off by the same mechanism applying the shine. Then, the leftover residue gets slung down the side of your vehicle while you drive. The vacuums are hit or miss, too. Sometimes they have suction, other times one must wait for a hose to become available. This setup might have passed as acceptable 10 years ago, but several advancements have been made. Pure Magic is overrated and over priced for how little actually gets cleaned. I can do better with a gas station wand. Sorry, your service is not worth the frustration of driving home to wash my car again.

I gotta tell ya. I’m a very busy guy with multiple vehicles in our fleet, every time I personally pull through Mark always greets me with a smile. The whole team down here is great, BUT Mark specifically IS in MY humble opinion the star on his team! I have been going to this car wash for over 8 years. I have never seen it as dirty as it was today..12/28/25. There were empty plastic cleaner bottles and paper litter laying around the prep stations. Only two of the stations had water in them. The lot where the vacuums are located had all kinds of litter from plastic to paper scattered all over the lot. The overall appearance was of a lower class car wash. Really disappointed it has gotten so run down looking. It's not pleasant to be walking around on trash when cleaning my car. Certainly hope steps are taken to improve the experience.

Canceled my acct 2 weeks before renewal to avoid any issues. Went to location in ftn city the gm told me to call customer service. So I do and tell them I need a refund cause yall charged me when I already canceled on the 8th. They basically told me they won't let me cancel the acct cause it's under my husband's name. Which upon getting the membership we was told either one of us can cancel. My husband works long hrs that don't align with the car wash hrs so that's also why we did it on the 8th cause he was available. So now we have to pay for an extra month cause my husband don't have availability to call due to his work schedule. All this could have been avoided had They just canceled it on the 8th. Area supervisor i spoke to was very rud, kept speaking over me, no customer service at all. I ask to speak with someone above her and she refuses to give me any info. I hope someone call me back or a response to this

The car wash is always clean, everything works the way it should, and the hoses are in great shape.
