I have been going here for a few years now for major issues and recently decided to come to Miller Bros for all my future auto needs, even regular oil changes. They are further out from where I live, but shops you can trust are hard to find. I had an issue with another shop (who I no longer trust for anything) and, after dealing with this other shop, brought my vehicle to Miller Bros. They diagnosed the issue while I waited! I’ve lived here since 2011 and pass by them every day and didn’t realize it was a repair shop! I had a wreck on January 6th and my insurance company sent me a list of places I could choose from since I had no idea where to go because I’ve never needed it! I saw they were local and I love doing local business in a small town if possible so I chose them. I’m so glad I did! Very nice and honest people! They even had my car done three days earlier than they quoted me! It looks better than it did before it was wrecked somehow! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.... I have a BMW 328I X drive. Starter went out. Took it to them and they quoted one price and when I brought it in all of a sudden it was 400 dollars higher. Since I had it towed there I told them to go ahead and replace it. They did. I picked it up and the second day I drove it, I smelled wire burning and smoke coming from under the hood. The car died and would not start. I called them and said they would fix it under warranty. So another tow. I went and picked it up and when I got home the tire started to go flat after a couple of days just to find out there was a nail in it. I replaced the tire and drove it just for the X-drive warning light and the transmission seemed to be slipping. None of this was happening everything was fine till they worked on it. There are wires and sensors near the starter that will cause these problems. So I would say they cut something or left something unplugged. They state they work on BMW but they do not have a clue what they are doing. Probably watched a you-tube video. They might be good at body work but do not trust them to do engine repair.★☆☆☆☆ a month ago

After a bad experience with other body shops taking an ungodly amount of time to do the job. Miller Brothers did good work, and was able to take it in the next day, and out in the same week. A total of 3 days. However, the paint did not match when i picked it up. After an arguement with the owner he finally agreed to fix it since i was not satisfied with it. And it was fixed within a few days. If you’re looking for a place to do the job fast and reasonably priced, I recommend them.★★★☆☆ 2 months ago
