Was having a horrible day. Clocked out for lunch and must've hit something because I got a flat tire. Spent my whole lunch driving to an auto shop because aaa was going to take an hour. Anyways drove into Purrfect Auto Services and Justin put on my spare tire. He was very nice and helpful! Don't know how to thank you for all your help. A month ago I had 2 of my tires slashed and spent 3 hours waiting for help from aaa. So I appreciate all the kindness and help!!

Was in a jam on the road. Front control arm broke and wheel was about to break free. Checked with few visible auto shops near the freeway but they all said to come next day or later. Checked with Purrfect and they quickly diagnosed the problem, provided estimate and went to work. Took 3 hrs to finish the repair. They made sure everything was okay through test drive. Feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this shop.

Had a car serviced recently and was quoted around $200. Received a call to do additional work. Ended up paying $700 +. They never looked into what I asked them for. Felt duped after the whole ordeal. My car had low miles also.

I took my car in for a smog check. The facility is clean, the staff friendly and professional, the price reasonable and it was a very pleasant experience. I asked for my brakes to be checked as I had 56,000 miles on them. I was told that I had 90% of the lining remaining. Such a positive experience to be told no work was needed on them. As a woman, I am more accustomed to being told there will be dire consequences if the repair in question is not made immediately. They have earned my trust.

Had an EGR tube break off on my 2018 Ford f150. Dropped it off on Thursday afternoon and got it back Friday. Amazing work. I know it won't always be this easy for them but they got it done. 3rd time going to them and they have not failed me. Would highly recommend.

Expensive and low-quality services. I brought the car for a tune-up and general inspection but ended up spending a lot of money on "recommended repairs" that did not improve my car's performance as expected. They replaced the spark plugs of my Civic (a very common and popular brand/line). Soon after, I noticed the engine light started flashing and appeared alongside an unstable shake in the car. I took my car to another place and turns out that the sparks Auto Purrfect used on my car were not the right ones so I needed to replace them again. My car is now working great. How difficult does replacing spark plugs in a Honda Civic can be? I do not usually drop comments or feedback at all but I thought my experience will be helpful for new customers to make an educated decision whether to bring their cars here or somewhere else. Btw: I'm giving two stars because the customer service is mildly good, though usually, the front desk guy brings up the recommended services that "need to be done" and ends his speech with something like "... and we'll start from there" as if repairing client cars is something about trial and error.

We can appreciate the hard work that goes into caring for each customer as if they are your own relative, and we surely feel this is what the Owner, the staff & the technicians all do at Purrfect Auto Services. We have been shop owners in Florida & now North Carolina for a total of 16 years. First time customer as was looking for a shop closer to home & also had nearby shops that I could walk to & kill time while they worked on my car. This was actually the nicest and cleanest place I’ve been to! Plus the older guy up front was very nice and friendly. As a female, I’m always nervous the car shops will take advantage of me and overcharge or recommend things that don’t need to be done but overall they seemed to be pretty honest. The only thing I’m slightly hesitant about is that they had recommend $3k worth of repairs but I called my normal shop in Rancho and they said they could do it all for $2k. So when I told them only proceed with the oil change and I’ll take my car elsewhere, they said they would be able to do everything for the $2k. I love the proximity to my house , overall convenience of location & friendly staff; I’ll come back another one or two times to get a feel if this place is completely trustworthy but if they keep highballing me, may have to look for another shop
