This is the only place I will ever take my car. I used to live in Claremont as a college student and Nate helped me when I was so overwhelmed and getting taken advantage of at another shop. Years later, when my car needed service I was sick of rifling through reviews and decided it was worth the 45 min drive from LA to go out to Orr again. And I am so glad that I did. Mindy at the front is so helpful and knowledgeable. Their system for keeping you updated and informed while they have your car is top notch. There’s not a single thing they’ve ever recommended that I haven’t done or don’t plan to do. Their rates are competitive and fair. All of their diagnoses and quotes are spot on, clear, and honest. I will recommend them to every person possible and return for every maintenance or mechanic need.

My experience with or automotive was fantastic. I called Chris with some questions about my vehicle and wanted an estimate for the work that I needed done on my car. Chris asked me if I wanted him to call me back or simply text me a link with all the estimates and everything that I needed for my car. As a working individual like everybody else I opted in for the text messages which made it easier for me as a customer. Chris had all the information within a reasonable amount of time I was able to accept or decline the work on the link. I dropped off my car in the overnight section and they had my car done within two days, which was no problem for me at all. I highly recommend orr automotive to anybody that needs work done on their car as their prices are very reasonable and they take care of every customer and make sure their needs are met 110%. I will definitely be coming back here for all my future cars needs! Thank you Chris and team!!

My Xterra was having issues no one could explain, not even Nissan. Orr Auto ran the diagnostic and solved the mystery, explained it clearly, and fixed it. They even performed a 50 point vehicle checkup and went over that with me. The price was fair and I received an AAA discount. There's a reason Orr Auto is AAA recommended, they are top notch, honest, and earned my trust. I'm using them again because they've earned my business. Second visit for a warranted alternator. They once again came through and I'm back on the road. The communication with Mindy and Jeff, whether text or call, only reaffirms my confidence and trust.

Orr Automotive is a great place to bring your car for repairs. I recently brought my vehicle to them to get my air conditioner fixed. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I had made an appointment. The day before, they sent me a reminder. While it was being serviced, they regularly communicated to me via text and I was even able to review and approve the fixes electronically. The work was done in the agreed upon time-line and amount. All in all, a pleasant experience.
