After diagnosis by MSG, I needed a rebuilt engine sincethe tired engine on my '85 Toyota pickup would not smog. David presented me with some options, but he was candid in saying that MSG might not be the best shop for this. I found a specialized mini truck rebuilder nearby, and there were no hard feelings when it came to grab my truck. I have used MSG for years and always trust their diagnoses and work.

Great shop, they had excellent communication and did a very thorough job diagnosing and fixing my cars problem. I went in for a check engine light and aggressive motor vibration. After performing a full inspection I received a very impressive online report detailing the specific causes of the my complaints as well as other areas of concern. The report was very easy to understand and even had pictures of the worn/damaged parts they found. From there they recommended what work needed to be done with price quotes and you could approve/deny the work from your phone. Through the whole process they were giving me updates on when parts had arrived and when they expected things to be done

Amazing repair shop and it starts with Danielle in the front office who was a dream to work with. She clearly explained the timeline and process for repair and gave detailed updates. Unlike many repair shops, they always promptly answer the phone. David and his crew are very detailed oriented and provide digital results of an exhaustive evaluation of the vehicle’s status from A to Z. They really do a great job of troubleshooting and don’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Got my vehicle back a few days ago and seems to be repaired and running well.
