A/C went out in suv while traveling and went to Stress-Free Auto Care, they got me in right away and installed a brand new a/c unit since the compressor finally gave out the same day. Price was fair and Kenny was great at explaining what was wrong and how much it would cost. He was very helpful and courteous. I like the attention to detail this shop does as they take pictures of what is wrong and they have a live cam you can watch while they fix your vehicle. I can't say enough good things about this company as they got me back on the road the same day. No problems encountered after service was done. Thank you so much

Such a good n honest shop! Technicians did their thing and Matt at the front desk was a super solid dude. They don’t upsell anything and gives you recommendations on what your car needs to be done. Told Matt that I was gonna do some of the work myself to save some cash and he helped me by recommending good brands for the parts. I wouldn’t worry about getting ripped off if you go here 👍

Excellent service, starting with the manager and technicians. I came in with the check engine light on. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and replaced the oxygen sensors. The car now accelerates more dynamically. They also told me that I would soon need to replace the rear brake pads. I will definitely do that at the next oil change. I'm very glad I chose this service center.

Avoid This Place – Not “Stress Free” at All I began by filling out Stress Free Auto’s online form, clearly describing the issue with my car (A/C not blowing cold) and what I suspected was wrong—especially since I had already taken it to another shop for the same problem. They started with a general inspection and pointed out several issues I already knew about. Then they called me to say that diagnosing the A/C issue I had reported would require $500, which might be applied toward parts—if they found something. That didn’t sit right with me, so I picked up my car and paid $167 just to be told the exact same issue I originally reported. To make things worse, when I got home and popped the hood, I found the air filter housing left unsecured and the high-side A/C cap sitting loose in the cowl near my windshield wiper! Completely careless. They seem more focused on charging diagnostic fees than actually fixing the issue. $500 for a vague inspection with no guarantees is not acceptable. Troubleshooting should be hourly, not a flat fee they try to justify only if you buy parts. I ended up taking the car to an auto electric shop the next day. They found the actual problem and fixed it—turns out all my Freon was completely gone. I had just had the Freon checked before going to Stress Free, so the question remains: why was it all missing after their inspection? Bottom line: I’ll never take my car there again. Stress Free Auto was anything but stress-free.

Very informative staff and welcoming atmosphere. They did a very detailed full review of my vehicle. It was comprehensive and available via link to download or in print upon request. You can also view the garage real time while they're working on your vehicle. A real nice value add! They also offer you a ride if you live nearby. They also communicated along the way via text alerts. The only irritation I have is we specially asked if they specialize in Hybrids and was told yes only to find out "high voltage" issues they cannot work on. They are not equipped to do so. That was a fail. Other than that I would definitely recommend them.
