Had my wife's van fixed here after an accident. After getting it back the back bumper was put on crooked and the trunk has to be slammed to close because they didn't fix it right. The lug nut key was missing and there was a receipt in the glove box for a replacement one. After contacting them multiple times they said the van was fine and that it never had a lug nut key when they received it.

Extremely unhappy with how they've handled my car issue. It was brought in over a week ago to replace the door. I was told the door may not be in until the end of the week, i said that was okay. I've been getting text messages all week about the completion of my car, and the progress throughout. I even received a message today stating it is almost complete and will be ready tomorrow. Then a few hours later i just got a call that they haven't even got a new door in yet. When i asked why they just blamed the automated text and couldn't give an answer as to why no one called me earlier or edited the the automated message to keep me informed. So I've been expecting to get my car back tomorrow for over a week now and now am told i need to wait another 8 days and pay for my hotel on my own.... Thanks guys, you sure are on top of your job.....

Excellent service. They did a wonderful job on my Kia. They kept me up to date on the progress of my auto body repairs. This is the second time I've used them. I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service! After they placed my parts on order in June I never received an update from Scott unless I took the time to reach out. 3 months later I asked for an update and boom, the front desk calls me to schedule an appointment since they now magically have all the parts. It took another month for the appointment and I picked up my car on Sep 22nd. When I went back inside to ask why the fog lamp wasn’t replaced, Scott said Geico denied it. Called geico and they told me that was false and that it wasn’t on the original estimate but they would replace it so Scott put it on “order.” Fast forward 7 weeks and I call geico to see if I can go somewhere else and they called Scott who told them that the fog lamp had shown up but it got sent back on accident and he would re order it. Opted to just not do business here anymore and will get my vehicle repaired somewhere else. I will say, that once the front bumper was changed (minus the fog lamp) the quality of the work was good and my complaint is more based on the terrible customer service provided. Now I’m looking for a new shop to finish the job.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my car a couple of years ago. The insurance at that time wouldn't pay to put new trim on the car so they had to re-glue the original trim which was undamaged but had to be removed to fix the car. Recently it started to come off. I contacted them and they order new trim and replaced it free of charge. They guarantee their work which made me very happy.

Car accidents and dealing with insurance is ALWAYS a pain in the ass, but everyone at Quality made it so pleasant and easy!! They were extremely fast, my car came back perfect and sparkling clean! Which I was very surprised with because the only other time I have ever gone to another local body shop they did not wash my vehicle and it took 2 and a half weeks! I will always go to Quality and refer friends and family there. Thank you Quality!!

Excellent service! Jake and Josh are very attentive, professional and care about their customers. They have taken great care of my vehicles and concerns for years. They are the only body shop I go to and recommend in the central valley.

My insurance partnered with this business and was one of the plenty of options I had to chose from to get my car repaired after an accident, and thankfully I chose them! After reading the reviews (which did not justify the great work they actually do) I was iffy on taking my car but Everything went smoothly and honestly I’m so relieved I stuck with Quality Paint & Body because my car looked flawless! I was always updated daily on my cars’ status and they even washed it, and with good products! Thank you to everyone and thank you so much to Scott ! You won’t regret coming to get your car repaired and painted, it will be looking brand new once again!

Last year, I took my 2018 Ford Mustang to this shop for body repairs to the undercarriage of the vehicle. My initial impression of the shop was very positive. Customer service was good and repairs were timely. A couple weeks after receiving my vehicle back I got a check engine light. When I took the car in to my mechanic, I found out they had left the connectors to my turbo unhooked when they removed the bottom panel. I paid for the repairs out of pocket and chalked it up to an honest mistake on part of the body shop. That was my first mistake. The following month, I got another check engine light. When I took the vehicle back to my mechanic, I found out that Quality had installed my entire undercarriage incorrectly, which prevented my engine from ventilating and caused over $3000 worth of damage to the engine. Quality, my insurance, and I went back and forth for several months because they would not accept responsibility for the damage caused by their repairs. It was at this point I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and they launched an investigation of on Quality. The investigation found them at fault for the damage to my vehicle, but Quality STILL refused to pay. The investigator at the BAR said this was the only time in his career that he had issued a recommendation to a shop and the shop refused to pay. Anyway, at this point I got a lawyer and started gearing up to take the matter to small claims court. Fortunately, I received payment from my insurance company for the repairs, since Quality was their recommended service provider and had failed to render the services promised. Anyway. I do not recommend anyone go to this shop, for any reason. If you choose to go, be ready to play hardball in the case something goes wrong.

We have had a couple of our vehicles repaired at Quality Paint in the past and were very impressed with their service. Unfortunately I can't say the same with our current experience. We currently have a vehicle in their shop which has been there since November of last year. There has been little to no communication on status of car. I have reached out multiple times with a repetitive answer that the car will be finished "this week". Very frustrated!

Went for damage to my car and Geico sent me here. The staff was friendly and informative, my rental was ready for me when I got there. The service was great, stress free, I received my car in a timely manner, job was very well done and I only had to pay my copay.

Had some work done here a few years back, after an accident. For the most part, Customer service was good. The agent assigned to me gave me a hard time about what was going to be repaired. But we were able to come to an agreement, and get things done. Good place to go if you need work done to your car.

They did a great job fixing my jeep, stayed in contact regularly to let me know what was going on. They are going to check out some issues that I noticed after picking it up, which is not their fault, it's just issues coming up from being t-boned. The body work was excellent and you can't tell that it was in an accident. Scott is great to work with, I really appreciate his knowledge and honesty.

Only reason why it isn't a 1 star is because of Celeste Torres. She better get a raise cause out of the whole experiance, she was the only one that knew what was happening and if she didn't, she figured out an answer for me. I initially went due to a car accident and Geico recommending this location. Everything started out well until I dropped off my car. My estimator Scott Miller was point of contact. Initially it was going to take 5 days. After 5 days came and went and I didn't hear from them, I called Scott. As soon as he answered the phone, he was extremely rude. Lacked customer service and kept giving me generic answers. Talked to me like I was stupid and I didn't know what I was talking bout. All I asked is to be kept in the loop in what was going on with my property. Never once got a call back from him. Any bit of information I got was only because I reached out to the shop to ask them myself because I was not getting any calls back from Scott Miller. 5 days turned to 2 WEEKS! This is the 1st and ONLY time I will use this place! I'd rather go somewhere else! Edit: Quality Paint and Body are thieves.they gave me back my car with the door not being able to fully close and stated they would get back to me with other parts they were waiting to install. After A YEAR, I reached out and asked for a refund for the services they did not provide. They stated they would refund me and I have still not recieved my refund! They are thieves! Do not trust them with your car!

I was referred here by an insurance company for a fender bender. I was skeptical at first but I had a few people tell me how amazing they were. I took my car for repairs and paint job and quality paint and body did an amazing job in repairing damages to my vehicle and painting my vehicle the EXACT color I had before. They were very informative, polite and Martin's communication was over the top. Martin kept me informed throughout the process from the time I checked in until I received my vehicle and even answered my questions afterwards. The entire staff was friendly and helped me get in and out with the little time I had in-between lunches. Thanks to quality paint and body for all your work.

Alright this review is five months in the making. First off, hats off to Josh for his communication, follow up and follow through during the entire process. Without his support, this would’ve been a one or two star review. Was rear ended in March 2022 and vehicle was inoperable. It was towed to Quality Paint & Body (herein referenced as QPB) the following Monday for assessment and repair. Apparently during the process, the original estimator left the company and the vehicle was left to sit. We weren’t told this for weeks later after I reached out to QPB due to their online portal showing it’ll be ready 4/8/22. Nope it wasn’t even close to being touched. This is where Josh picked up the dropped ball and ran with it. There were some other hiccups along the way but Josh kept me in the loop and QPB went a bit above my now very minimal expectations and made things right. The vehicle did need to go back for some other corrections due to paint mismatch (Pearl white paint isn’t easy btw) but in the end it was done correctly. I thank Josh and hope if this ever happens to another vehicle again I think I’d let them have the business.

Went in for a collision on a new car, other that replacing parts there was a tiny scratch on the hood. They needed to clear coat a small touch up and there was a dust in it. When I pointed it out, the response was 'sometimes things fall in clear coat when its wet'. True, if you paint in a dirty shop, don't check your work, and its usual for finish paint to have bumps. See the below pic to see how badly they reapplied the hood badge and the dent they made pulling off the last one. There is a gap so big i can fit a zip tie under it. The badge wont go down because the bent it while applying it. They cant even apply a sticker. Lame response to poor quality, and imperfections I get to keep. Plus they had me sign an unusual document about the paint job- that only they can fix their work. So it seems they are used to having issues with bad paint work. Avoid them.

Recently had our 2021 Silverado serviced by the folks at Quality Paint and Body in Visalia. Had our vehicle hit by a shuttle bus at the worksite. Initially was a little hesitant about contacting this shop for repairs due to the past bad reviews. I'm not sure what happened to those individuals but with us the repair was done exactly as specified during the initial inspection and the vehicle was delivered faster than originally promised! These guys provided excellent value, fast repair, great customer service, and an excellent warranty! What else could you ask for?

Had my Dodge Dakota there after a minor front end collision. After about 6 months the clear coat on the hood started lifting and took it back under warranty. Asked if while they had it, could they fix the clear coat on the roof as well (not their fault) and they said it would be another $200 to which I agreed. The interior of the car looked like it does in these pictures with fine white sanding dust throughout. I sent these pictures to Brooke, the owner, and never heard a peep back from him. Also, I noticed that when they clear-coated the roof, they apparently did just that with NO prep work which made it look like it was done with a rattle can. They DO NOT live up to their name and that's for sure!
