This place was terrible, very unprofessional I arrived for a simple inspection sticker for my car. I was told to wait for 20 minutes while the workers just talked amongst each other, when I pulled up my car passed all requirements until they told me my gas cap had an error for their test. I was told I could not get my inspection passed without this part. The worker told me it would cost $20-$40 for the part to be replaced not including labor but there was no lights in my dashboard that indicated this on my car. I refused to pay the extra fee for this service as I didn’t need it he then threatened to fail my car if I didn’t pay. They failed my car for inspection I drove 10 minutes to another shop and my car passed the inspection with no problem. I do not recommend this place to anyone they are thieves! Go anywhere else!

I had an issue with my driver side back tire and they were more than happy to help me out. I didn't have any cash on me but they aired it up anyway. They were very nice and helpful and had no problem assisting me

Had an experience the person who helped me was kind of rude not to mention I had to wait for multiple cars to be pulled out of the bay before I could even be helpful. They did say it was a short wait, but I had to wait for them to do that and it takes some time

Very helpful. I needed air in my tire but the machine at the gas station wasn’t working. Worker at Quick Auto Service quickly and willingly assisted me with putting air in my tire. When I tried to pay him he said no. He was glad to help me out! They have gained a customer for life

My parents went in for a state inspection and got charged $2525.5 when it was supposed to be $25.50 because they didn’t speak English very well. This place thought they can take advantage of them and that we wouldn't notice. They also said the car didn’t pass the inspection but as soon as they heard me over the phone and I did speak English, the car passed immediately. We live in the neighborhood next to it and go often for oil change/inspection. Now after discovering what kind of people they really are, I would never go back and recommend you do the same. You never know what they’ll do. I will be filling a report with state. Absolutely unethical and I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I needed to get my inspection done quickly, so I called and was welcomed right away. Waited maybe 2 minutes and I was right in. He also mentioned my air filters (which I knew needed changing) and charged me a THIRD of the price I was given from another place. Now I know that’s something I can change on my own, but it was convenient, they had mine in stock and it was more than affordable. He showed me the air filters and I watched him change them so I had faith that it was something I should do now and especially here. Great place, sweet staff. Highly recommend.
