They are always too busy to get my oil changed. 3+ hour wait. Only 2 bays for the Quicklane service. They need more bays. Each time I go there, it is not worth the wait. It is a shame, too, because they just put in my new engine. I would love to have them do the oil changes on it as well.

The name "Quick Lane" is a bit of an oxymoron because they are anything but. I spent 3 hours 20 minutes there after getting there at opening and still didn't even have my truck taken into a bay. I watched a couple of people walk in well after me and leave well before me. The only good thing is they provided a quiet place for me to catch up on my YouTube watch list backlog despite that will not be returning.

The oil change was competently done for a fair price with a 2 hour or less turnaround. The staff welcome at drop off was good. My wife later in the day when she picked up the car thought the staff was great.

Best location I've ever been to for oil change/tires etc. They're super friendly, know their stuff and never try to up sell you. There are times when it gets really busy and it takes longer than I'd like but they only have so many bays, happens everywhere. They always do a great job and you can't beat the pricing. Highly recommend these guys and this location.

I had four new tires installed on my Subaru Crosstrek today. Yep, a Subaru. Quick Lane is trained and qualified to service any vehicle. I had a fantastic experience. I communicated with Jordan via email, and he had everything ready to go when I arrived today. There is a great work space in the waiting area, where I was able to work while my tires were installed, which by the way, was very efficient. They took time to look at my brakes and alignment, with suggestions for the future, but absolutely no scare tactics that I needed to have more work done today before I drove away. I highly recommend working with the fantastic team at Gresham Ford's Quick Lane!

Got .y tires replaced, one of the techs overinflated my tire by alot, after it was done I noticed it was dangerously overinflated and had to let alot of air out. I was just lucky I caught it almost immediately after I left otherwise something bad could have happened. Other than that their service was pretty good and they seem to have friendly staff

Disappointing to see all these issues logged about making an appointment only to wait hours for the service to be done. I to had the same issue last week, my 9am appointment had me waiting at least 2.5 hours, longer if I didn't say anything. I left after one. Totally inept business culture. I talked to management, and they said they would like to fix the issue. If they can't figure it out for as long as these issues have persisted, you should stay away.
