Had to make three trips to get work done. Oil change, requested def fill up and noticed fuel filter and def were not addressed. Went back and was told had to make another appointment as regular techs can't do fuel filter which doesn't make sense to me. Made an appointment for a couple days later and was told a 45 min job. 2 1/2 hours later it was done. Had to ask what the delay was and was told the tech took a lunch break during my appointment that was scheduled. Not one did the sales person apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Poor service to say the least

Engine light came on suddenly. Was able to leave message on voice mail for Warren that I wanted to bring my car over on lunch hour if they could see what was wrong, and when it could be fixed. Warren got back to me almost immediately with a plan that worked out. When I brought my car in, they were able to look at it right away, and actually repair the problem all at same time so that I could drive it back to work; all w/in 1 hour. Great service. Grateful for all involved!

Had vehicle come in because wouldn't start in cold and had jump started but check engine light remained on. Got in before my appointment time and no issue getting in. I asked about a TSB I saw for directional indicating left after turning right and that was fixed. Informed of a minor coolant leak and parts ordered to fix (another issue I saw other customers having via social media) so if that was fixed then, this would've gone that much better but have to wait for parts. Battery was replaced after other battery failed a test. All was still under warranty so no hit to the wallet. I was kept updated by service advisor on what was found and estimated time. So overall great experience, so long as I get a call as soon as coolant parts are in.

Welcomed immediately and walked over to our service advisor, Tate. She was knowledgeable and very nice. The service waiting area is comfortable, as well and the wait time was reasonable. Cannot wait patiently enough, however, for the part to fix my back up camera BUT the team was amazing! Thank you Bergstrom for your service post purchasing a vehicle.
