Had communication with dealer via text and scheduled an appointment for 10am. Drove 2.5 hours to find no one there and no one answering the phone. Texted the number and received a response that they were sorry they did not meet my expectations. Buyer beware.

Do not trust these people. Last December I desperately needed a new vehicle, so I bought a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid from them for nearly $7K and it has been nothing but problems for me. First off I bought it at 35,000 miles, the back of the title stated that it had 150,000 miles on it, really convenient how they neglected to tell me that when i was at the dealership, even when i specifically asked if the odometer had been reset and they told me no. But it drove great so at first it was all fine but three months later the entire ABS unit and regen brake system stopped working entirely. Mechanic told me if would be $3K to fix or I could drive it without ABS, so I just drove it without the ABS. Another three months later there is little to no brake pressure at all anymore, so I take it in to find out that the entire hydraulic brake system is shot and that it will be $4.5K to fix. Not even worth it so yet again I need another vehicle. Definitely learned my lesson not to buy from a shady dealership, I got screwed bad.

Honest car dealer here. We traded our old vehicle for a Dodge Grand Caravan about a month ago. It came with a 3000 mile warranty. Of course, we know that with buying used cars always come with additional work to be done. Engine light came on when we drove back. We took it to our local car shop and there were $1200 worth of expenses. The warranty would not cover it at first, but I called the dealer and instead of rejecting us, he was able to contact the warranty company. He called our mechanic and warranty company to make sure all ends were covered. All in all, we were only responsible for a couple hundred dollars. Engine light came again and I’m sure the warranty will be upheld. He’s a fair business owner who gave us a fair price for our trade in and sold us a van for a fair price. He wasn’t out to break us and he also needs to run a business and charge appropriately. Basically, he was nice to us and we were nice to him. He didn’t have to take the time with us, but he did—even after selling the vehicle to us. We drive over an hour for that vehicle and don’t regret it. Great guy and great business. I promised I’d write a positive review for him because he truly deserves it. Thanks again!

If you don't want to deal with negotiations and typical used car salesmen at large car dealerships, this is the place for you. I purchased a vehicle from LX Auto Solution and drove it back to Minneapolis. I was informed that the turbo was recently replaced. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on as I was driving home. I took it to a mechanic in Minneapolis and the computer was sending a turbo issue. LX Auto advised that they would be willing to fix the issue if I brought it back to their mechanic; therefore, I drove back to Green Bay. The issue was fixed and the car runs perfectly now. Lee and Christian took care of me. They run an honest small business (I always try to support small business). As a customer, I am very pleased with how they handled the situation and recommend this dealership if you're looking to purchase.
