Worked with Shawn & his team in service to analyze foward facing proximity camera & object avoidance sensors that were not functioning & throwing codes. With a last minute appointment on a Saturday morning, they not only analyzed, but were able to fix the issue on the spot in about an hour including a test drive and complete vehicle scan to assure all is good with my Daughter's 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. 3% credit card charge is not communicated well unit you are ready to pick up your vehicle (not on estimates) and seems excessive when you are spending thousands of dollars on service. UPDATE it isnt about convenience of a credit card when you are spending THOUSANDS of dollars... its about people's debit cards have limits on debit totals in a day. Jumping hurdles just to pay you? Of course I will hesitate.
