Well...my sister couldn't come up with all the money she needed to buy the car. We had to return to cancel the deal (very embarrassing). I have to say the owners of this place are straight up and honest. They patiently answered our questions and allowed us to take a thorough test drive. The car was in great shape and the price was good. Pity for my sister but I'd come back here again and highly recommend this place.

I was a loyal customer even referred my own family and friends to this place as i was their very 1st customer when they came to Green Bay and opened up this shop. I cant believe how my issue is being treated, being ignored, calls being denied, messaging back. Not only did they sell me a lemon but it was also $2,500 overpriced even after a discount. Literally out of the 6 months ive had this suv its only been 4 months of being driven. The whole buying it and them selling A VEHICLE is smooth and easy but not even a month and 2,000 miles (not 4000 miles) into having the suv, it started having problems with acceleration and then the turbos went out on it almost 2 months into having it. Th ey replaced the turbos but i had to pay 200 out of my pocket for towing and a deductible. I was told by Jose(the co-owner for the dealership) that they were brand new turbos that had a lifetime warranty when i picked up my suv. Well it wasnt shortly after it being fixed I could smell oil burning so I had it looked at by Pomps and there was 2 leaks that were found, the dealership refused to fix that issue while i was still under warranty. I had someone else look more in depth at the vehicle and they told me that the turbos that the dealership replaced were used. I asked Jose why would he tell me they were new when they wer used. He swore up and down that he never stated that they were new. 2 months after having the used turbos in they went out again this time they didnt help with nothing because i was 2000 miles over the warranty. I paid for the NEW TURBOS and labor through my own people which the price was definitely a blow to the stomach. Not even a week after I replaced the turbos the engine blew all as a result to them replacing the turbos that went bad with used turbos. Ive never had such a bad experience in my life. Now I have a vehicle thats unable to be driven with $19,000 in debt. I highly doubt the vehicle i bought was thoroughly inspected and passed all the bells and whistles like they said. I bought the vehicle as a gift to myself for being 1 year sober and now Im suffering financially due to an issue the was not corrected.
