A code showed up on my dash. I looked it up in the manual and followed the instructions for clearing the code and was not able to. I called Jeremy at Auto Select on 12/29/25 and said bring in the 2012 Chev Pick up truck that afternoon.. They put the analyzer and determined a sensor related to the steering needed replacing. The thing I appreciated is they could fit me in right away. They allowed me to take a loaner vehicle home. By 9am the next morning the issue was repaired and I noticed improvement in the steering. I came into the shop with my Chevy Equinox panicing because the car was ticking loudly constantly and also shaking pretty bad when idling. I thought this may have been caused by overdue oil change. Well, that was not the case. Turns out, one of the PVC plugs was clogged and there was an issue with my timing chain bolt so the chain was going to need to be replaced. The explanation provided to me was thorough and helpful. The shuttle service was convenient. The fix was more than expected, however understandable when I understood the work that was required. We are extremely satisfied with the work and the service was good. And the Equinox now drives smooth.

A+ review for sure!! My car had been having issues changing gears while driving through town roads but then on the highway had no issues. Took it to two other places and they told us it was going to need a full new transmission… for $5,500-$7,000 (got quoted 7k first & next place was 5.5k… while we are currently still paying the car off too.. my husband & I’s guts told us to just try one more time somewhere else & get it looked at. Chose auto select east because my husbands car recently was towed there & was able to get it back the same day too, so already had great experience with them once so figured we’d try them for my car too. Dropped it off and they weee honest with us and turned out it DIDNT need a new transmission AT ALL!! Only some fixes & a few hundred dollars & it’s all good! Thank god we trusted our gut & were so lucky to of found them!! They told us the trust & didn’t try to take advantage of us & make our pockets bleed!! Not to mention it was ready for pick up right away that next day too!! Auto select easy Green Bay will now be our go to, without a doubt. Totally can trust their workers are being honest with you about what’s wrong & not over price your fixes! & be speedy about getting your car back to you ASAP! For sure a big 10/10. Hoping this means that we've finally found a reliable & truthful forever place for our cars! (Been searching for 7 years! Ugh) ❤️

Auto Select has been the best shop for vehicle work that we have found since we moved to Green Bay 2 years ago. My first time taking the truck there was after it had been sitting at another mechanic’s shop for 13 days waiting for a new differential. I thought it would take some time, but they had it inspected and let me know what they needed to order before the end of the day, despite the fact I didn’t even get to the shop until the afternoon. The following morning they had the job all done, less than 24 hours from the time I arrived at their shop. The work was awesome and super fast! Very thankful they were able to get me back on the road so quickly! The dogs are stoked to be back in their ride! In addition to the quality work that gets done 13x faster than other shops in Green Bay, they offered me a ride home. A very friendly fellow drove me home the day I dropped the truck off, and picked me up the next morning to go back to the shop for the truck. Great service all around! We will definitely be taking our vehicles to Auto Select and I recommend you do, too!

My car was stalling out and not running properly and I had tried my normal shop along with a few others in which I could not get in for over a week to have it fixed. Knowing I needed it to transport my kids to school, appts, and activities along with work I called Auto Select and they were able to get my car in that same day. They figured out what the problem was and had it fixed for me the next day. They were very understanding and explained things in a way I could understand.
