they only pick and choose the customers they want to help for a simple starter and fuel pump I was charged $1700 they straight took advantage of me then the starter they put in wasn't even working correctly I didn't call them and fuss I dealt with it and when I took them the same car becouse I had a wheel bearing issue the breaks and rotors were also bad on the front so he asks me if I want him to do them I said yes he charges me 550 and never touched the wheel bearing and when I told him the starter he previously put in was acting up he didn't even replace it just sits there and tells me why it's acting up that place is horrible

I had a major oil-burning issue with my 2002 Lexus RX300. The first shop I took it to charged me about $100 to check it out and told me I needed to replace the engine. Tom and his mechanic partner (Luna's human companion ;-) figured out the real problem (via some great investigation and troubleshooting) and repaired it for waaaaay less than replacing the engine. Now I can drive it another 50-100K miles! Thanks guys!

They do good affordable work. However they do work you do not authorize them to do. Brought it in for estimate only til I knew I could afford repairs. They did the repairs without giving me the estimate and without my consent. Girlfriend had same experience where they did work she deliberately told them not to do because i could do it myself.

John is really a sharp mechanic & knows his stuff. I brought a vehicle there that no one else (including the dealership) could fix. John diagnosed it correctly & i had it back within 3 days!
