Had tires rotated and mechanic suggested an alignment since it’s been awhile. Got me in next day to take care of that as well. Always treated politely and friendly. Service always on time. Pleasant place to go for car service.

In town from Michigan for work and had a tire issue. Got there for my 8am appt. Got in right away. Front passenger side tire was losing air. The leak was in the stem where it met the tire pressure sensor. The tech who i cant remember his name rebuilt the sensor and stem and only charged me a flat patch rate. If im ever in Green Bay again and need work done im going there for sure. Excellent service and friendly staff. GO LIONS.

Service was professional and timely. Excellent price on the job and quality work! BUT.....Pretty sure the dude smoked in my car as my driver side window was completely down upon my return to my vehicle and the ashes left on my creme leather driver side seat. ☹️ I don't smoke so....just wow. Happy and sad at the same time?

Had a flat tire and took it here. They originally tried to get me for 800 on all four tires but then told me I could pay 160 for just one but that my car would shake when driving after. The only reason I went here was because it was the closest place but I will never be going back clearly the auto tech had some sort of problem because he flicked oil all over the passenger side of my dashboard. Definitely don't recommend this place.

The customer service was excellent and when I brought my car in they unfortunately had to do a bit of work to it, but it was very reasonably priced & so was the alignment. When I got my car back, it felt amazingb!!! they did a great job.

They had somehow double booked me and someone else for an alignment so I had to wait 2 hours or so. That wasn’t necessarily a huge deal but once they were done and I left my vehicle still didnt drive anywhere near straight, turned around and went back and politely complained. They called up the guy that had done the work and his response was basically “yah I couldnt get it in alignment because your control arm is seized up, you need a new one.” …he hadn’t mentioned that at all, and when the lady asked why he didn’t say anything he said he put it on the report….the report said “control arm is rusty”. They did give me my money back to try to make it right, but overall the techs here have issues. Another guy had came back in right before I left to get his wheels re torqued because as soon as he got on the freeway his car started doing the death wobble

Dropped my car off for a brake line fix and a new headlight. They tried saying it would take 2 hours to fix the headlight n be $400 plus $400 for the brake line fix. I asked if they did the headlight n was told no the tech hadn’t gotten to it yet. I told them not to do it and then got a call 20 min later that magically the tech had already fixed it.. then I get a call that they found a leak in a fuel line even though i know for certain that I didn’t have one before I dropped it off cuz my drive way was clean n a day after I get it back it just starts spewing gas onto the driveway. I’ve had similar problems before with pomp’s where they magically find problem after problem that wasn’t there before I dropped it off. Never taking any of my vehicles back there again.

I requested the same style of tires that I had, I asked if they had a better tire for winter driving, they hooked me up with tires I'm totally happy with. Didn't cost that much more. Great place! Costumer for 30 years never did me wrong!
