I have been a loyal customer for years. So, when my son arrived home for the holidays after driving cross country from Colorado with his check engine light on I knew the first people to call would be Auto Clinic. They managed to fit him into the schedule to look at it before he needed to make the long drive back. John’s flexibility was describable and very much appreciated. I’ve come to Auto Clinic of Green Bay before and have always had great experiences, but today Adam there went above and beyond which he didn’t need to do just to help me out and secured my business for a long time to come. Outside of business hours he helped me with a quick fix that my non-vehicle knowing self couldn’t figure out. Did it without question and with a smile on his face too. A+ customer service and I’d recommend them to all.

I would like to say i had a decent experience at the front desk every time she was lovely both times I've stopped in. How ever when it came to replacing 6 feet of brake line for $1000 dollars ID have expected a decent job.... I had to return due to mechanic negligence and leaving excess brake line rub on a part of the cross member.... Had it fixed cool drove it 30 miles and the lower radiator hose blew off due to yet again negligent repairs. Some times things work great and some people don't do great work ill get a picture of the left over brake line they left if I remember in the morning.... If the guy that fixed my truck still works there tell him thanks I guess... I know it doesnt matter but I wont be going back.... Lol. But quick question. If this is the quality work you guys allow can I get a job? I have pretty good attention to detail.... Sincerely the Wery family

Auto clinic has worked on both of our cars. Mine for the back breaks that went completely out and my husband's where we didn't know what was wrong. Kerrie at the front desk helped us tremendously and even gave us a little nudge about not waiting next time! My husband's car was the most difficult. It could have been so much more expensive but kerrie reached out to this extended warranty we had on the vehicle for us and handled everything. We are so thankful to her and the team for both are cars running smooth and brand new! Thank you auto clinic of green bay for taking good care of us and the cars!

My tire was going flat so I assumed I picked up a nail in the tire. I drove into the garage which I always use and believe it or not they were able to get me in in five minutes. They had a bunch of appointments later in the day, but at that particular time, I was lucky. They solved my issue in 15 minutes. Very professional garage with very, very nice people working for the garage. Receptionist and planner of appointments is one of the nicest people and one of the most interesting people I’ve met. I recommend the garage highly.

I can’t believe how fast they got this job done. Full front brakes replacement, new CV axle, rear drum inspection, tune-up, oil change filter & lube and replacement of the rear passenger side window winding mechanism. They had it done in 24 hours! She is purring like a kitten and growling like a tiger! Well done!!! I wish I would have brought it in to you when I needed the transmission warranty work done!!!
